This company has been totally disinterested in helping me as a customer when it failed to deliver an order and refused to do anything to put it right except refund my delivery charge. In my experience it is not interested in fulfilling its legal obligations to me by way of a further delivery or a refund

The jumper fitted fine but the tops were too small. Very easy process to return and be charged £1.99 deducted from my refund. Very difficult to gauge sizes when you cannot try on in a shop.

This is the worst company for returns so much mither to send something back.
I had much hassle with it.
I will not order anything again online.

The clothes fit great and are good quality

I had to ring them twice and a person actually answered not a machine and answered my query when I went into the shop in the precinct the two ladies were wonderful so pleasant took my returns and was all sorted in 5 minutes a fabulous shopping experience

Good variety of clothes. Some tops and jumpers are too long for me - models used are 5ft 10 mainly. I was 5ft 5 then spinal fractures affected me and I'm now 5ft 3. I don't have all the clothes to choose from but I'm happy with what I do buy tending to order different colours once I know they're fine on me.

Parcel still not delivered after nearly three weeks since ordr and in spite of a complaint to Evans. Evri keep changing the date and then not turning up. Evans Curves products and service are great - but they are completely let down by their choice of courier.
