Good price for shipping to Ireland
Ordered set of brushes here because they offer free shipping to Ireland which relatively few UK websites do on lower prices items. The brushes arrived in 2 days which is very good and the product was precisely as it was described on the website.
I read a review that said do they do not answer the phone, so I called them before ordering with a question and they answered the phone straight away for me. I'd recommend Eustons, in fact I have done so already.

Easy to use, free shipping
The website was easy to use, I had to contact them to ask about shipping but that was just me because I do not like to deal with any seller unless I know they answer emails. free shipping was good, but shipping was slow compared to Amazon or other big shops

Good Choice, Competitive Price, Lack of Phone Support
My order was processed in good time and the product was exactly as described, however there was a delay in getting tracking number and nobody answered the phone. I did get fast email support, they explained that they are a small business and in the mornings they are often too busy with orders to answer the phone, sounded like a poor excuse to me.
