total Scam. stay away from this taxi service. Their drivers are corrupt and often threatening.

Beware of booking with Eurotaxi in Spain as it looks as we have just been duped by them as well! There weren't any availability left to book a daytine train from Tarragona to Valencia, so we booked a taxi. Eurotaxi were the cheapest when I booked them online but they emailed me later that day to cancel the booking as the driver was supposedly no longer able to take us and said a refund could take up to 9 working days.
This is now over 3 weeks as they hadn't replied to my last 2 emails, I did what I should have done on the 24th October before I made the booking and checked the Trustpilot reviews. The reviews on the Eurotaxi website were reasonable but terrible on others.
We had to get to Valencia on 26th October, so we re-booked with another firm, called Zonetransfers and they were excellent!

I paid for the Eurotaxi.it up front, but they cancelled it the night before our flight and still haven’t refunded the money. It is definitely a scam. Avoid them and be careful!

Warning!!! Do not use. This is a scam. You will pay for the taxi and then get an email to say the driver is unavailable. They will then ignore calls and emails. I found out the hard way losing my $$

Absolutely disgusting company. Avoid at all costs! No communication and didn’t even pick us up on our return journey to the airport from Rome. Luckily we got an Uber instead!! Didn’t answer the phone and one of the numbers listed didn’t even exist!! Website didn’t give us any help either. Never again!

Booked taxi for pickup to airport at an agreed cost of £60. I contacted office by email to change pick up address 2days later and was told that it was not possible and they would totally cancel our booking and refund our money completely within 7 business days. Well 3 weeks and 3 emails later and still no refund.

Both taxis were on time, but on the outward journey, the car was dirty and seats uncomfortable and the driver seemed to be doing whatever he could to get the fare up (not taking the short cut shown on the satnav, approaching lights so slowly they changed to red etc). The Return car and driver were very nice, but he had been instructed to charge us a random fixed fare which was £1.40 more than the outward fare!

We pre booked a round trip in rome and as a disabled lady I was left stranded at the airport after I had paid upfront. Very distressing and after trying to contact them I got nothing, not even a reply.
Never again. Avoid.

30 minutes late and overcharged. Avoid.

It’s a scam don’t use, fake buissness not even listed and they provide a fake adress

I was looking for a taxi outside Frimley hospital & saw a Euro taxi parked nearby. The driver, a polite & friendly man named Motlis (sp?), said his taxi was available, & I asked what the fare to Church Crookham would be. Motlis was a very good, confident driver, his car was clean, & the result was a pleasant journey home for me. I would recommend Euro taxis.

Never Hire them. Unprofessional and inexperience drivers that discriminates customers. Very rude and agressive. We had Rajib who overcharged us and never want to accept my daughters taxi card. Banged the door, threw our luggage on the side, shouted at us and drove away. The boss Theo rang but was never apologetic. In my 24 years of travel, the worst taxi service in Melbourne

Booked a taxi well in advance to take us to the station. When he didn’t show rang the company and all I got was “not looking good mate”. Never again!!

My bus driver tries to kill us every time and has made my friends cry and blames it on us NEVER USE THIS BUS SERVICE

Because the distance from cribbs causeway mall & premier Inn is small..they refused to send out a taxi

Use the company few time now the been in time , but the charging more , and the charging me waiting time 1,60 with out waiting me and the take more money from my bank ,

Booked a wheelchair taxi today. Gregg the driver was amazing, so helpful and kind would definitely recommend this service
