Zack Botwick is my Sales consultant and he is one of the best. Zack is both personable and professional in the best way. He knows the products very well and is able to advise you with knowledge and competence. If you are new to the hobby or a seasoned collector EWC and Zach in particular are the best choice you could make.

Started working with Zach about a month ago and he had 3 of them coming in but needed to go through service and authentication. This watch is an 2008 and when I got it it still had the green Rolex protection on it just as Zach had described. Could not be happier and felt 100% treated like a long time customer for my first time buy. I WILL BE BUYING from Zach again. Great guy and awesome product. Thx Joe

I have been a client of EWC for years. This was the first time I had to send a watch in for warranty repair. The service team acknowledged receipt of the watch and gave me a time frame for the repair. The watch was repaired sooner than the time I was given. A great example of under promising and over delivering. Once again EWC proved why doing business with a trusted vendor is so important.
