Not a customer friendly experience

I ordered multiple items in one order via Leroy Merlin, including an item from European Tools. All items were delivered neatly, except for the item that had to be delivered by European Tools. According to the European Tools carrier, my address was incorrect. After I indicated several times that the address was correct, the item was not delivered. Communication is very difficult with European Tools. I eventually got my money back through Leroy Merlin. I will skip European Tools next time for my next order. That saves a lot of time and frustration.

Unfriendly customer service

I ordered a saw blade for my circular saw via the Leroy Merlin website from their sub-supplier European Tools. Unfortunately, the saw blade that was pictured and specified was not delivered. What went wrong there, unfortunately, can no longer be determined, because links to products are constantly changing on the website. When I complained to European Tools on the advice of Leroy Merlin, I received a grim e-mail in return. It states that the article number corresponds with the delivered article. That will certainly be the case. But what I know for sure is that at the time of the order, a different photo and reference were placed with the saw. I ordered a saw with 54 teeth and received one with 30 teeth, for too high a price. That this did not go well is one thing. But that the customer service says - We do not like the rest of the message because it is confusing and does not make sense - is really unacceptable. That is not how you treat customers! The response should have been something like: We are sorry that you did not receive the item you expected. We also do not know what went wrong. We will contact Leroy Merlin to prevent situations like this in the future. Our apologies for the inconvenience!
