The delivery
The delivery. UPS and a required signature. I blew two days waitng for it. This was not a firearm so I didn't see a need for a signature.

We’re sorry the signature requirement was inconvenient. For orders over a certain value, a signature is required at delivery, and this is clearly noted during the checkout process. We understand you may not agree with the policy, but the requirement is in place to help protect high-value orders from loss or theft.
