For years, I have used this site to have flowers delivered to family in Denmark. The arrangements have always been beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it.

delivery date is not valid from my order …
I ordered flowers for delivery for December 24th to my mom. I got an email yesterday in Danish saying flowers are arriving on the 22nd. She will not even been in the country until the 24th, Christmas Eve! I wrote 2 emails back and received nothing! This is very disappointing! A refund and urgent response would be on needed.

I paid extra for a same day delivery, they go and deliver it the next day anyways. Then you order extra items as they suggest, and they just didn't add it to the delivery. Had to call them to go ahead and deliver anyways. They will completely ruin any surprise this company.
