Very bad!! Bought flowers for my girlfriend in Copenhagen, mailed them twice ‘just to be sure’ with the name of the appartement. Got strange response. Two days later at her birthday on 16:48 got an email that there was a problem. No flowers, no time for something else. Just a shame . I got my money back (ofc).

I have received a bouquet of flowers ordered from USA to 2300 CPH-S, and upon thanking for the received flowers my partner was surprised with visual inconsistent of what was ordered. Although I was touched by the gift the flowers smelled fish, which was displeasing and confusing. Additionally it was supposed to arrive in the morning, while it arrived in late afternoon and left without any notification of arrival to the recipient or sender, plus there was supposed to be gratis add on, but that's not really important since flowers were what was supposed to be delivered in elegant and appealing condition.

The flowers were not delivered last Thursday, as ordered. They were left by the rubbish bins, outside the fence to the property, and found there on Saturday afternoon.
The bouquet was attractive, but totally different from what I had ordered, and, of course, it was no longer fresh.

Our friends thought the flowers were beautiful and delivered as we asked for

Euroflorist is scamming the publishers: I have been selling flowers for EUROFLORIST through TRADEDOUBLER for 3 months. Today I found out they DENIED me most of my earnings which amounts to DKK 789. That number will most likely be higher since I still have pending earnings the can deny me.
TOTAL SCAM - STAY AWAY!!

I ordered flower to be send to France, the order was taken and payment passed, but after I got the message that the an error had occurred, and I could reorder. This was interesting as the money was pulled on my account, and I got an order confirmation. Unfortunately it was not possible to get hold of customers service, and it remain unclear if the flowers will be delivered or if I will get my money back.

Great service - I had to one hour after my order went through, to postpone my ordered bouquet to be delivered one week later i La Suisse. And they managed to get it rightfully delayed and delivered next week. Must gratefull, thanks.

We ordered a large birthday bouquet with birthday flags in it. A bouquet did arrive timely but was not that large and without the festive Danish birthday flags as depicted in the picture from which we ordered our bouquet.

I ordered there multiple times and every time I am satisfied with their service. The delivery is usually always on time except once but the customer service were a great help with the problem.

The flowers were delivered in the most horrid possible way.

When i informed them of the situation i was only informed that it was not their fault even though i sent imaes of the pictures sent to me by my partner they still requested more. By the time they got back to me which was so late the flowers were long dead.

Nothing to rectify the situation was offered instead, they told me it wasnt their fault.

Terrible service, low quality flowers. Ruined Valentines day for me and my partner.

Flowers never delivered. Customer service will tell you that the "florist" left them outside your door. My Girlfriend was at home the entire day and never heard the door rang. Use Interflora, they delivered same day, where this scam company failed.

My daughter never got the flowers. Please refund me

Not even remotely resembling the online pictures! I ordered a large bouquet of white and pink roses with a bottle of Prosecco. What my recipient received was essentially a cheap basket of wild flowers with greens and a bottle of red cabernet sauvignon. Unreal!
