Please be sure we check every bottle while preparing your order. Unfortunately this product is a liquefied gas, sometimes our parcels are mishandled causing the gas to push up the lid and leak while on a long journey.

Delivery company failure.
The service from the company was efficient as my order was placed on 9th November, and was dispatched on 10th November, handed to DPD.
I received an email advising this order would be delivered on 15th November between 14.02pm and 15.02pm on 14th November.
DPD did not provide the expected service!
I remained at home to accept this delivery, periodically tracking the delivery van, which towards the end of the delivery window now advised it would be 15 minutes late. This did not happen, and as I now needed to go out, requested the delivery be accepted by my neighbour, which was confirmed at 15.36pm.
When I returned home and asked my neighbour for my delivery, I was informed that they had not received it.
I then received notification at 18.21pm stating you had missed me, my order was being returned to the local delivery depot and my order then be delivered to a local pick up shop for me to collect, and I would be advised when this would be possible.
The following morning at 9.03am I was notified my delivery was on it's way to the Pick Up Shop. Notification this was ready for collection was not received until 12.43pm. I then had to make a special trip to collect this delivery, when there had been no necessity?!!
