After beeing a loyal Warcraft 1, 2 and 3 buyer, World of Warcraft subscriber since 2005 and buyer of Diablo and Starcraft series. I have lost all respect for Blizzard and cancelled my subscription for good.
I was ordering this item "World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King 2xLP Vinyl Set × 1" on october 8th 2022 on a presale.
Here I am at january 1st 2024 and havnt recieved my item yet.
I can see on forums that other buyers have gotten theirs, full of design flaws, bend corners and not at all looking like what they advertised. Even people ordering only 6 months ago.
I've tried reaching out to Blizzard to get some updates on my status, but nothing has happend.
Eventually after waiting another 3 weeks after I was send to some form of costumerservice, I wrote to Saeed that I was dissapointed and this was unproffessionel handling for company this size, and asked for some new updates about my item. And if he couldnt give me that, I would talk to him about a possible cancellation of my order.
Next thing happens and without asking me, he cancelled my order and refunded my money without asking me.
This is unacceptable and very very frustrating after waiting 15 months on and item, and then get treated like garbage.
I cannot recommand anyone to buy from or support this company anymore.
