you call it loopwhole, i call it illegal!
decieving, unhelpful and straight down baaaad service.
After "getting help" with declining your offer/canceling your services after 12 days of trial over the phone, and without even getting a single paper about an agreement; the only thing i get is a bill of payment for the 12 days i was "registered", which you so "nicely" is forcing me to pay for, even though it is supposed to be free. I was apparently supposed to do the cancelation by mail ( even though your customerservice gladly accepted my no, and never said anything about having to cancel through mail also.) Your company, rather take money from a customer, paying for nothing and getting nothing, than having a happy customer.. As a longtime service/sales worker and with a higher position, i can say you should be deeeply ashamed. Now i pay double ensurance and hate your company deeply, and will do my best to spread the word about your thilthy ways of doing business. Thanks alot, and i hope bankruptcy is in your near future.

I recently bought a 4 year old Peugeot 308 1,6 E-HDI. Also bought ETU's bilejerskifteforsikring from the dealer. I thought the Insurance was a little expensive and kind of regretted buying it as I thought it would probably never be used - like the holiday insurance you buy every year and never use.
However, after a short time , the car developed a serious engine problem.
Falck transported car to Peugeot in Aalborg who examined car, next day came a taksator from ETU, and the next day the repair was approved.
I found that the staff at ETU are very helpful. Some contact was via emails which were also answered very quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend anyone buying a used car to consider buying this Insurance from ETU.
