Promo harassment

While shopping on their website a popup said provide my details for a welcome discount, and i said no several times but eventually I was enticed.. in the end i didnt end up buying anything.. unfortunately, within an hour of giving my phone number, 5 separate promotional texts were sent, which felt like harassment by the 5th text. I unsubscribed easy enough by replying STOP. Hopefully its all over now. I also provided my email but they have not emailed me yet.

Terrible fabric

Their bamboo sheets and not at all silky and cooling, they’re more like a suede/velvet feel, lots of friction, I spent hundreds of dollars and hate them 😭

Whaaaaaa….?!

I’m baffled by poor reviews!

I’ve been a repeat customer for many years, and haven’t found any bedlinen sets, quilts, mattress protectors, etc., quite so gorgeous. I live in a very hot climate but sleep so well in the cool, silky luxe feeling. Better than actual silk!

I’ve had one recent piling issue with a fitted sheet and have just experienced the absolute BEST customer service ~ a HUGE thank you Ettitude (and Faye) for the immediate replacement, and superb standards of both products, performance and customer care.

Delighted to be so valued, I can’t fault any of my many purchases or experiences.

Terrible Service

I purchased sheets that were very expensive. Color was different from picture which show a deep red. What I got was rust. I attempted to contact and get a return label 7 times. I was promised follow up and it's been over 2 weeks.

I would be happy to leave a pictures of both what happens when you submit return information on the website. AS well as what happens when you connect thru emails. But I don't see that you offer that. My order number #ett266161

Contact info?! Desperate

Can someone please give me an email address or phone number of someone at this company? I’ve waited almost two weeks for an order to be dispatched, sent countless emails to their generic email address, plus multiple others, commented on Instagram posts/sent messages, no reply. Completely left high and dry and I am $100+ lighter. Please help

Another company that hides reviews

I bought Ettitude’s signature bamboo sateen pillowcase set and was disappointed. When prompted to leave a review of my purchase, I left an honest 2 star review, and conveniently my review was never posted. Instead, they privately replied. It’s good to see they care to respond, but unfortunate that they are dishonest with shoppers by hiding unfavorable reviews. I work in online retail, I know exactly how this works.

Anyway, the pillowcase just completely lost quality after one wash on a gentle tap cold cycle and hang dried. When my pillowcases arrived- they were luxuriously soft with a light sheen and beautiful color. They felt amazing. When I took them off my drying rack- the sheen was completely gone, they were substantially less soft, and pilling absolutely everywhere. It felt like a completely different pillowcase set, and definitely not one worth $50. The way the fabric held up so poorly was so disappointing. I was delicate with my laundry, too, by washing them alone in a cold cycle.

Unfortunately another company that is all good marketing but less than desirable quality. I’ve bought better on Amazon for half the price.

DO NOT PURCHASE SHEETS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU THINK IT’S REASONABLE TO REPLACE EXPENSIVE SHEETS EVERY 2YEARS! The good reviews are based on the initial purchase, not longevity. Literally a rip-off.

I purchased $650 worth of bedsheets and covers from Ettitude in 2018. Despite following all cleaning and usage instructions carefully and completely, washing them infrequently with a newly bought state of the art frontloading washing machine using the room temperature water gentle setting, and also hanging them out to dry (never tumble dry), all the sheets have lost their colour (become discoloured) and the main bedsheet has developed a tear that kept getting bigger and I had to replace it.

I reported the tear with a picture to Ettitude, received a delayed response without apology or inquiry into my usage and care of the sheets and was told that there was nothing to be done since my purchase was outside of the 8 month warranty. I had to keep following up with emails. I have only owned the sheets for two years. I’ve owned dollar store sheets that have lasted a lifetime (my mom still has my childhood sheets)!

Moving into a new apartment I wanted to buy sheets that would last with the added benefits of being antibacterial, smooth, etc. Since most common and cheap bed sheets do not tear or degrade rapidly I figured that paying the extra money for a “high quality” product would improve my sleep and comfort experience. It turns out not only was this the worst decision I’ve made buying fitted sheets, but that the follow up customer support is what I’d expect from an untrained office temp with a select few scripted responses. Again, with no apology or inquiry into my specific problem she made a vague claim that Ettitude had “several years” of testing results and research to develop their products. It turns out the research is based on “glowing customer reviews”, not actual data from production. This means they do no formal research and have no data to ensure the quality of their products. They also don’t have any insight from customers on the average length of time that the sheets are supposed to last.

Not once did Ettitude deliver any reasonable answers to any of my basic questions, and they did nothing to address my specific issue because it was over 8 months. How is it at all good for the environment if you have to repurchase every 2 years? I am finding this with other expensive Australian advertised “environmentally friendly” products as well.
Why only 8 months? And if they “do not offer replacements for faulty items after 8 months as it is hard to determine all the various factors that would lead to any kinds of tears, etc. past this point.”, then what ARE the factors that would lead to a tear within an 8 month period? Again, they did and said nothing to address this particular question.

Total ripoff.

Terrible customer service.

I ordered a King sheet set and received the package quite quickly, only to find that they had shipped a Queen for the fitted sheet. I contacted customer service by email immediately and they responded quite quickly asking me to take a photo of the sheet. I took photos and emailed them back straight away. No response for over 24 hours. I emailed again asking if they received the sheet photos I sent, they said no and asked me to resend them. I reduced the file size of the photos and resent (although they were not large to begin with). No response for 24 hours. I email them again and now just no responses at all. 3 more days later and several more emails and they are just ignoring my emails. They dont even have a "contact us" section on their site and it seems the only way to get in contact with them is replying to the email you get when you order. I will be forced to get my credit card company to take over the problem if I don't get help from them within the next few days, but I can tell you I definitely wont be using their products again.
