I ordered a gold dipped eternity rose from the company on 26th April. It arrived from Australia on 1st May, just as described and in good condition with regular updates on its progress. Some alleged uk companies could emulate this kind of customer service! Thanks!
Great experience with this company. Had seen some bad reviews and was a bit nervous but honestly I’ve had great customer service and better than a lot of UK companies. Order was immediately recognised via email. Ordered Sunday from UK and arrived on Thursday from Australia. Tracked all the way through by DHL so could see it making progress all week. Rose is very nice and exactly what I had expected from the pictures.
Absolute nightmare to deal with. My parcel never arrived on the stated time and instead it was stated as delivered with false evidence. The investigation of the issue has no time bound to it or there is any option to discuss final resolution of the issue. The worst part is I am trying to speak to someone at Eternity Rose but it seems there's no-one to attend the customer calls and plays 'All lines are busy. Please leave message' forever. 3 ours, 40+ calls, 2 voice mails and yet no response..
