I did not like the automated answering machine that closed down after I HAD not conducted the first part of my business, to be honest if the time wold have permitted I WOULD have contacted another company that uses a human person

Horrible insurance company,
I called up to cancel my policy as I crushed my car, they still took 3 months worth of payment, I called I got my money back despite I called months ago regarding this and still took my money,
I called up to rearrange another payment on a different car I had, they ended up cancelling it by mistake, charged me for a cancellation fee for there mistake. Never will again will use this dodgy ass company, waiting around 45 minutes to talk to a human on the phone when I don’t want to talk to automated robot, absolutely jokes this company, stay away at all cost
