I am in shock, no phone no money

I am in shock, I ordered a new Sony Xperia 1 iii on the 13th Sep. I am still waiting, tried to cancel, no option. No updates on the order whatsoever. Money is frozen in my bank. I needed a new phone for work and its £1200. Crazy. I can't even buy another phone as this shop is not cancelling the order and not updating on the delivery. Not even an estimate delivery. It was in stock when I ordered it. This put me of all Sony products for life😔. Shame on you estorepartner. How could such reputable company as Sony do this to people?? Looks like a complete scam.

Still waiting for my order...

Placed an order for the new Sony Xperia 1 iii on release day (19th August). Still have not had the phone delivered almost a week later and when contact customer support they just say someone will email you with an update which they never do. Unacceptable especially when the order value is over £1k
