I would give 10 stars MINUS !!!! No idea why this company exists. Every single time they can’t deliver , they don’t even bother pretending it’s my fault. They are losing packaging never attempt delivery. The same applies to returns , they don’t print tickets as a proof. Packages get lost and no refunds. Not once I had any issue with DHL.

Mexican time
I paid (exorbitantly) for overnight delivery for a document from Mexico City to NY City. Package was accepted on Thursday 1 pm. Per tracking, left Mexico only on Monday and was delivered Tuesday 7 pm. Overnight to them is 5 and a half days. Went to complain on Monday, all types of excuses and possible scenarios given (all unlikely like "maybe held in Mexican customs"). No refund offered (even partial).

Had some problem with my package (which I shipped from Texas to their store in Cancun) for no apparent reason. Store told me to call their main # for tracking. System just said delivered to mx, and no way to speak to a human. Never got my pkt and couldn't get a refund bc it wasn't the ebay seller's fault. Worst company ever.
Estafeta couldn't deliver
I asked them to give the item to a shop that is open from 8am to 6 pm, because i wasnt at home and the two times they passed by to deliver, they arrived first time on sunday (the shop is obviously closed) and the second time at 8 at night so same problem!
So i lost my purchase because of that.
Im pretty upset and apparently u can't do anything!

Terrible Experience - Worst Service Ever**
I had the absolute worst experience with Estafeta Mexicana. When I sent my package, they didn’t measure it properly, and as a result, it got stuck at the border for two weeks. To make matters worse, they asked me to pay an additional $300 to get it released! The package ended up taking over a month to arrive. The company was completely unprofessional, didn’t even apologize, and didn’t offer any discount for their mistake. I’m incredibly disappointed and would never recommend using their services. Avoid at all costs!

They returned a purchase I made without even trying to deliver it, claiming that my "delivery information was incomplete". It is impossible to talk to a human in this effing company. Don't waste your time and money working with those clowns.

Worst shipping company. I receive deliveries from EVERY OTHER shipper except them. They always claim the items are undeliverable and return them to the shipper. Do not use this company.
GoTrendier and Estafeta stole my bag
GoTrendier and Estafeta stolde my bag. I sold my bag as a secondhand on GoTrendier. Original YSL with serial number, receipt, etc. The buyer opened a dispute saying that it is used or not original. I provided receipts and matching serial numbers. They ignored. The buyer returned the bag 11 days later and meanwhile kept using my bag within those days. She returned via estafeta on 29 of November. Today is 14 of December and I am still waiting for my bag. Estafeta says bag is in Guadalajara, or La Paz.. Thieves. GoTrendier says I need to wait minimum of 16 working days to open a dispute. Stay away from these companies. I will make a report with police and Profeco.

Again estafeta has failed to deliver the product. They provide no delivery date ever. They are a highly dysfunctional company. Their website is a disaster. In the past they have stolen the contents of the package retapped it and delivered it and run away. When you contact them they say well the package was delivered.
They are thieves and liars. Do not have anything to do with estafeta.

Thieves. They will open your package to take things out and look you in the eye as they hand it to you and drive off OR they will say your package was delivered and give a fake signature and you will get nothing
Luggage never returned…
My mothers luggage was accidentally switched with another guest while in the hands of Estafeta. She was vacationing at a high end resort and Estafeta assisted in transporting their luggage at some point. She has gone through hell to provide everything they asked, were able to confirm they in fact had her luggage, and never returned it. They went as far as providing tracking information and nothing was ever received. Shady business practices and completely wrong for not handling this professionally.
Stolen Merchandise
They stole 1500$ worth of merchandise from my package, and they informed me that their investigation would take 3-5 weeks to get a response. A week into the investigation they informed us it was declined. Do not use
Please dont use Estafeta
Please dont use Estafeta. Go with UPS/DHL. They are a nightmare. Startin with their webpage, its just messy. To track your shipment they ask for a 10 digit code, when the real code you get form them is +20 alpha number code so cannot track. Then you try calling them and they ask again for the code and cannot talk with a human unless you provide a code. Their whatsapp takes 3 hours to get a response back, and if happens that the 3 hrs is cut by close of business, you need to start again the following day. PLEASE AVOID YOUR SELF PROBLEMS BY NOT USING ESTAFETA, THEY SUCK
Consistently unable to deliver packages
Estafeta are in my opinion the worst courier company in Mexico. They consistently unable to deliver packages to my home address when all other couriers can. Their system says my postcode is incorrect it isn't, all other couriers use my postcode without problems. This has been happening for at least 2 years. So now I have to go to the Estafeta office to collect parcels, today their tracking system said my package was ready for collection at the office. When I arrived they said they package had not arrived and the tracking information had changed. An hour of my time wasted. I strongly advise using a different courier in Mexico.
