To flee away

To flee away. No possibility to contact the rent manager, never by phone, just throw emails and wait. Never replied. Try to make you pay by accepting automatic withdrawal but no communication on new rates. Very inneficient, e.g. heating system broken for 6 month during winter, communication "as usual", that is none at all. Still, i never missed a payment.
