Returns are basically not accepted and just ignored. We are not talking about used items here. Their customer service simply does not respond at all to customer's messages. This is done on purpose as normal messages are in fact not ignored.
The packaging that they claim to be discreet is just poorly wrapped brown envelope with cello tape on it. Looks like this "boutique" is more likely to be run from someone's garage or a basement than an actual shop. Possibly the same reason that their address or company information is hidden on their website.
They also "trade" under the same name on Amazon and on Ebay.
