Parts easy to find on website, easy check out and royal mail delivery which is really helpful as they know our place which can be a bit difficult for couriers to find.

Two small retaining clips for glass can't cost or weigh very much. So where's the profit in that? Why not bung on a £12 delivery charge just to rip-off the customer?

Not good service! Phoned to check items I required and was given wrong information. Items took weeks to arrive and arrived next day after continually telephoned to chase. Then wrong item sent.

Good response from Cust Service with a query from me. All delivered within 2 days and exceptionally well packed.

First delivery was someone else’s order, second contained all items but one side brick was broken, quickly replaced on each occasion.

The replacement fire brick was despatched promptly and arrived, via courier, unbroken!! It’s so good when a plan works.

Needed some replacement parts for my log burner but was unsure as to the correct parts needed. So I emailed first and was then sent a link to the correct parts I required.

I needed a new spanish grille for my esse log burner (the original one had rusted and warped). Esse sent out a new one within days, so all is well again
