Purchase made on Tradeinn.com but fulfilled by Espace-des-marques.com. When I asked for an exchange/return customer service answered that no exchange is possible, return only. No pre-printed label to be stuck on the return box, no courier indicated for the return and return costs 100% on the customer. Never more.

Offer the best price for the model I wanted. Shipping is surprisingly rapid.

I ordered, asked for the cheaper external pickup shipping option, so I don't have to give my house details. Received an email from the post my address isn't detailed enough. I went online and corrected it, noticing they gave my house address to the post, instead of the shop I chose. The post called to confirm its arrival the day after. I received an email from the post the package was sent back. When I called them, the lady said, we'll it happened and I don't know how not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, it's our error, our website has technical issues, let me offer u something, nothing, just do u want us to reahip them or a refund. I obviously chose a refund, as that was almost a week from the day I ordered. Slow shipping, no email responses and for christ sake, the search section on their doesn't work. How is one supposed to find things in this mess? Will never shop with them. That's a moment where I'd rather pay 20 € more at a shop.

My order never arrived. After many many followups via an international (French) phone number - nobody ever replied to my emails! - I was told my order would be resent.

Never received it and out of the blue, 2 months after my order- I received my money back, which is not what I wanted, I wanted my order! No apology, no explanation.

One of the women I spoke to over the phone was also very arrogant, treating my like I was stupid even though I had to communicate with her in a foreign language (French). So wouldn’t recommend them at all!

I still have them 2 stars because the last person I spoke to was friendlier and I did eventually get my money back.

All perfect.
