Ordered smartphone holder on June 4 2019; it's July 27 and still not received. Email in mid-June said shipped but with an incorrect Fedex shipping number. Complained, received a reference to an Asian shipping company, shipping # also not found. Very responsive to emails but not to actually delivering product. Also angry that Instagram doesn't vet their advertisers better, that's the first and last time I order anything advertised on Instagram.
UPDATE: August 6 item finally arrived but I'm leaving the rating as is due to poor communications and the product is just regular plastic, ad implied special material, for $25 with no assembly instructions.

I bought a Neck Fan the first of JUNE and didn't receive it until JULY! Of course this company sent me numerous excuses. It finally arrived in July and I used it only TWICE and it BROKE DOWN. I told the company and their response was I had it too long and they REFUSE TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT AN ENTIRE MONTH!!.
TRUST ME, Aside from WAITING an ANASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT OF TIME FOR DELIVERY AND THE COMPANY NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IT'S NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM THEM. IT'S LIKE TAKING YOUR MONEY AND THROWING IT OUT A WINDOW. NOTHING FOR IT,

I ordered 2 neck fans that never arrived and had to be reshipped. The boxes were crushed when they arrived but the fans appeared to be okay. I charged and used one and it worked well. I then gave the other one to my sister as a gift and discovered that it would not work. When I asked for a replacement, I was told that they only cared about issues raised within 10 days.

I also ordered 2 hats from them and it took 8 weeks for them to arrive.

I will never order from this company again and will recommend that my friends and family do not either.

The worst, most unprofessional business ever! They sent me an ugly hat that in no way resembles the hat I ordered. I asked to return it and they say that they will not deal with me because the hat they sent is not defective!

I see your company doesn't have very good reviews and now i know why. You lied about what was for sale magnetic eye lashes with some 5 lashes in the kit.
I got one. I should have read your reviews before ordering and i will do anything and keep writing bad reviews until something is done. What a rip off. And no one will get back to me about this issue. You guys suck, suck, suck.

Same as others have said: I was about to purchase the magnetic lashes, but didn't want to spend $6 on shipping, so I logged out of PayPal before purchasing. I then received an email about my order. They took the money from my PayPal on their own somehow! Filing a dispute, etc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I've been waiting for a refund for crappy cell phone holder I returned. It's been MORE THAN 2 MONTHS and no one will respond to my emails.

I'm about to contact an attorney.

DO NOT BUY from these guys!!! I have been waiting for two months to get some magnetic eyelashes delivered. So far I do not yet have my items, neither received a reply on my emails. No update on the shipping status- waste of time and money. Hoping for a miracle to get my money back!

DO NOT BUY FROM ESFRANKI They take your money charging high prices for lazy stand up mobile phone charging cable over $30 which didn’t quite work effectively straight away after a few months didn’t work st all .. contacted them only to be told it’s out of 10 days for a replacement ..told them I didn’t want a replacement but a full refund !!
Just look st how many customers are furious with this company .. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEIVES

Can't be trusted, reviews all over the internet about non shipment of purchased items. Invalid ship tracking info, ordered 2 hydro cooling hats that were never received, escalated to PayPal, denied because esfranki said I received the items without proof to me.

UPDATE... RECEIVED MY HATS YESTERDAY 6 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING. POOR COMMUNICATION.

They don’t deserve any stars. I’m so mad at this company and I feel sorry for anyone that falls for their scam. I saw an ad on Facebook for their magnetic eyelashes and like I normally do, I put an item in my cart, just to see how much shipping would be etc. Well you have to put your PayPal info in first before they tell you the grand total. After I did all that and saw it would be about $25 for these eyelashes, I decided it wasn’t worth it and closed out of the page. Lo and behold I get an email from them thanking me for my purchase. I never clicked the complete purchase button and I think this should be illegal to do. I contacted them and I also filed a complaint with PayPal, but of course got nowhere with either one. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received anything so I’m assuming I just have to count my losses because I’m guessing whatever I would’ve received would’ve been crap anyways. Just don’t even waste your time going on their website and DON’T put in any payment info.

Absolutely scandalous that they are allowed to trade! AVOID!!!!

I am fuming with myself that I even got suckered into buying any of their crap. Considered ordering magnetic eyelashes, went through purchasing process and even though I closed the window down before I completed the transaction, they took the money and sent me a ‘thank you for your order’ email. 6 weeks later the eyelashes arrive. £20+ paid, what a pile of plastic crap I receive! Needless to say they don’t work!

I contact the company about a refund and they say:

I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services.

But unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund. Apologies, but we only offer a refund for items that are defected or damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.

Lesson learnt!

These people are cheats.
I’m going to go out of my way to ensure other people don’t get taken by this fake merchant.
I ordered one item and was offered a second for a reduced amount. The first item arrived but the promised second one never showed up.
A scam. Quick money grab

Note: They got back to me and said I’m past
their time limit for customer service.
And that they wouldn’t send my second item I paid for.

No stars would be an accurate description of how I feel right now about this company. I placed an order on June 9th. At first they responded but then when I asked for an update or a refund they quit responding. It’s been a week since my last communication and I’m really not expecting anything else from them. My order totaled $35 and some odd cents. Do not order from them! I wished I would have checked them out before ordering.

No stars would be more appropriate. Their car clip cell phone holder is junk. Will not stay on dash as advertised. They will not refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Another dishonest Chinese company. I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency in Washington DC. Our government cannot allow such dishonest companies in China to cheat U.S. consumers.

Like all other comments DON'T BUY. Scam. They take your money and don't send anything. You can not contact them.

Do not buy anything from this company. You will regret it!
