The protection for my Desktop computer & paid for other devices to no avail
The protection for my Desktop computer has been good, your Customer/Technical HelpDesk has been horrid - The App in the playstore didn't work (wasn't compatible with my MotoE Smartphone Android version 10) nor do I know how to protect my router and SmartTV - I'm a layman, not an IT or Programming expert. I purchased the multiple protections in vain.

Peace of mind
Whenever I hear a friend complain that they were hit with some virus attack, I very quietly give thanks to ESET that I am not affected. I don't want to jinx it, but I very much appreciate ESET's attention to guarding my electronics. The first app I install on any new device is ESET.

Well I’m not always on my computer so was told I couldn’t use this program on my iPad nor on my iPhone only on android so I’m now not protected on what I have to use because I’m not able to sit on my computer as much as I used to do.

ESET is very easy to use.
I have had ESET on my pc for many years. I use to have Norton antivirus but it was causing problems with windows and slowing my pc down.
When I had my pc in for work they suggested Eset anti virus program. I took their advice and have been glad I did.

Very difficult to maneuver for online purchase a product. Email verification doesn’t work. It takes a full day for your emails to come through. Why not use text like other companies do? Text come through almost immediately. Purchasing. a product that requires something called “keys” to make it work, yet was never mentioned during the purchase attempts seems strange. Your representatives responded. like this is just normal way of doing business. That’s not my kind of business.
