I returned the item that I bought online 1 month ago and still havent been reimbursed. I contacted them 3 times through their online contact form but have received 0 reply. Never buying from this website again.
The quality of the materials IS the worst ever. I bought there items and all of them are shit after washing or wearing once. Doesnt correspond with price
The worst client service! I ordered two cardignans and decided to return them because the quality was really poor. I dropped the parcel to the GLS point with the return label they provided to me. GLS sent me the email to confirm the depose of my parcel. 4 days later when i track the return parcel it says that the address is missing.
So i write to client service for them to guide me. First they ask me to send them the return label. I send it. Then they told me that I never dropped the parcel to the GLS point! If only they just think of entering the tracking number and seeing it with their own eyes…
I sent them the PROOF that i dropped the parcel 4 days ago. NO ANSWER after that email.
Bunch of incompetent people… A brand who is a Rouje/Sezane wannabe… Quality so poor… Lying to the customer saying that I never dropped the return parcel… All these for keeping my 120€…

Eseoese are basically crooks when it comes to online returns. I’ve sent an item back TWICE, having followed the correct returns process. However they simply won’t answer the door when the courier tries to deliver the item. The package is then sent back to me in the Uk. No one will communicate with me about this matter it is disgraceful. If this is how they make profit, shame on them.
AVOID UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL KEEP THE PRODUCT. Was so disappointed with the customer service for this company. I have been trying to contact them for months and been ignored. The clothing and ethos seem so good , so I cannot express how disappointed I was when I had to unfortunately return an item. I would not recommend this company if you are outside of Spain, not worth the hassle if you may return an item. Side note: I was sure I wasn’t going to return an item but still did so double triple check !
