Good price and communication and fast international delivery!

Ordered trainers for my son for Christmas. Returned them but had no email to say they have received them, even though my status on the order says returned.I have emailed a couple of times to see if they have received and they have stopped answering me. I'm worried the company is a scam.

I am very happy with my purchase. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and were as in the photos on the website. I received regular emails with the progress of my order and I knew exactly when I would receive it. I would order from the company again.

Despite a failed delivery and a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, finally resolved and refunded. Thank you, it should have been more efficient, but I am relieved, its solved, finally

Unfortunately my email address was scammed and signed up to multiple sites across the world - Esdemarca was one of those. I have tried to unsubscribe but this does not work on their site as indicated (the unsubscribe only takes you to a section where you can tick a box to be added not taken off) and have also written to them asking to be removed from all mailings but it continues with frequent useless email newletters that I did not sign up to and that I do not want. There appears to be no easy way to get yourself removed from this firms communications. Really poor customer service - to be avoided.

My order was promised by the 24th of December, I got a phone call today saying the parcel has got lost , and now one item was out of stock,
They are sending the existing items again as the parcel is missing etc ,
However the reorder came really fast and the shoes are fantastic, and a great price , the delivery issue was the delivery company, not the shoe company, I retract my bad review , they exceeded my expectations

Placed order on 19th December, promising delivery for Christmas. It's 24th December and still not here! Yes I left it late if I wanted it before 24th. My question is if you can't deliver on a promise, DON'T advertise it every where on the website.

Sent the wrong item and have not replied to my email

I am trying to return an ill-fitting pair of trainers.
There is no way that I can contact t the ocmpany directly or through Fast Way couriers.
I WILL DELETE THIS POOR REVIEW IF THEY COLLECT AND REFUND.
I am going away soon so if they do not arrive for collection as promised, I will lose my right to a refund.
Their sizing is terrible - I ordered an EU size 6 or 39 and they sent me a US size 8, so tiny my toes would not fit into them. They should Know their EU sizing. a 39 is a t least a US size 8.5 and in some case a us size 9.

Ordered a pair of wooden ankle boots. Paid via PayPal and have heard nothing since. My money has been taken and now the Esdemarca email address on PayPal doesn't work.... nervous I have been scammed

Had a very positive experience with Esdemarca. Ordered a Ralph Lauren jacket for my son on 29th November. Competitive price and delivered within a week to Ireland. This was my first order and will use Esdemarca again.

Faulty, ill-fitting, shoes that caused physical injuries. Customer service ignored me and I can no longer get a hold of them for a refund. Will not be ordering from this place ever again.

Returns are just painfull with esdemarca. They take 10% of the purchase that you will not get in return.

I started a return and it just says courrier will pick it up. But when? How? Who comes by? Do we just sit at home and wait weeks?

Use your local shop and pay a few extra and get customer service as well. Dont waste time on esdemarca.

I ordered a pair of trainers order number 707171. I can see from the tracking that thwy are with GLS since 25th November came.I have sent several emails but no reply. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this company

Good price and shipping quickly

5 star service - ordered on website 21/11 from the UK. My Hispanitas shoes & bag were ready for collection from the local UK post office on 27/11. Not expected until 1/12. Regular updates received tracking my package. I knew the shoes would fit as already have in a different colour. These shoes were nearly £50 cheaper than the shop where i had purchased the first pair only 2 weeks ago. Delivery from Spain just £5 & no other fees re customs /duty.
Well done Esdemarca - i've placed another order already!

Hi there where is my order 7029629 since you’ve collected money from my account and you cancelled my order without knowing me as you could’ve send me email to let me know and refunded me so how is that possible ? so please send me my order or refund me with in 24 hours I can contact my bank get my money from you it’s not respectful way to do so please donot lose the respect I have for you as I was worrying from the beginning for the majority negative feedback you have and now such big company esdemarca acting this way is very bad
