Fairly quick delivery but the shoes didnt fit and was returned on 27/11. Today is 22/12 and still no refund. Tracking the (slowest) return shipment (in the world) its now been on the way in Spain to the "last hub" since 14/12... Unfortunately I'll have to claim a refund from the credit company now, so my suggestions to all new buyers for there is NOT to pay with card but instead use Klarna. Then you don have ot act as their bank.

Excellent quality black suede wedge ankle boots. Leather lined which is what I need as my feet get sweaty and uncomfortable with synthetic lining. Beautifully soft and just the right height. Nice and wide too. And incredibly good value for the quality
Do not use an important email address when making orders or creating an account. Make sure to use a throwaway. After ordering, I am now receiving mass spam from Esdemarca on a daily basis. There is no option to unsubscribe. Even after deleting the account, the spam persists. Your data is sold to third parties, leading to even more spam.
I keep reporting to Amazon SES, but it doesn't look like they're doing anything about it.
As for their products, still waiting for mine to arrive.

They said my order was lost or destroyed. I bought these clothes to wear to a wedding, and I’ve now been waiting for about three weeks. Customer service never responds I don’t even think they actually have one.

I need an update on my refund of over £700 asap!
I have returned the 2 ralph Lauren gorham down jackets over a week ago and I cannot check the status of my refund!, The website is now conveniently telling me that my email is not recognised so I cannot log in to check!

Ordered November 30th, due December 10th. No sign of it so I messaged. Item is stuck in transit and no idea when I’ll get it. It’s a gift for the 17th so what do I do now? They didn’t even tell me there was an issue until I checked it myself. Very, very disappointing. Order number 7704912

I ve got a great shoes, very comfy and well made. A couple of days was delayed but not company’s fault and i kept informed .Delighted with my new sketchers!
I will be back for another one, for sure.

I have ordered a coat on Black Friday, and got 20€ off, so my total was 285€. i want to return the item and now they are taking me 15€ return costs and 5€ for shipping costs and they are taking the 20€ that i got for Black Friday. So now my refund will be 245€ 😂 for no reason… Please read the reviews before ordering with them. 0/10 recommendation.

I thought I'd come back here having used Esdemarca. I was a little worried seeing some of the reviews, but Esdemarca had the exact shoes I wanted, in my size, at a great price, so I ordered them on Friday 21st November. I was a little nervous after I'd paid, but the shoes arrived in the UK from Spain, on Wednesday 26th, well packaged, and clearly genuine. This was during the time of Black Friday sales, and even Amazon taking longer to ship. I needn't have worried.
Loved it, very quick delivery, they even included a little personalized note.
I placed an order a few weeks ago and I did not receive my order. The courier company tracking says order delivered but I did not receive this order.
I contacted Esdemarca directly only for them to say that it is my responsibility to contact the courier company and raise the issue with them.
I was also told that due to the courier company delivery date being 7 days ago, the return policy has expired and I can no longer log a complaint about the issue.
Now I am ending up out of pocket for goods not received - this is beyond disappointing.
Be warned when placing an order with this website - what a mess!
UPDATE 26/11/2025: Esdemarca have now contacted the courier company and they have confirmed delivery of goods (I have not yet seen any proof of delivery and I definitely have not received this delivery). They have now advised that I personally take this further with the postal service or the police. This is so frustrating as how do you prove that you have not received something?! I will keep updating here for any progression on the case, but please be warned when placing orders to Ireland from Esdemarca - it now looks like this is going to be a personal financial loss to me of over €100 which is awful to incur on the lead up to Christmas.
UPDATE 07/12/2025: Direct quote from Esdemarca ''At Esdemarca, we regret that we cannot make further progress on this claim, as the carrier has closed the case stating that the delivery was made correctly.
At this point, we recommend that you contact An Post directly or, if you deem it necessary, file a complaint with the competent authorities to continue with the process.'' The most unhelpful customer service.

I Was able to find a pair of boots that were sold out elsewhere at a good price. Delivery was a bit slow (but from Europe I think). The quality was fine but I didn’t find them very comfortable so requested a return. This was straightforward but my parcel was then lost by Royal Mail. The company reassured me that, having used their label correctly, they would investigate. I had several emails informing me of progress. Today they have refunded me and are continuing the case with Royal Mail. Good customer service I think.
Very good pricing but delivery was a bit slow and email communication wasn't very good. Having said that I phoned to check a question on sizing and spoke to a very helpful person and the coat when it arrived was a perfect fit!
Should have read reviews before purchase. Have returned an item which teaching says was received 14 days ago. I have messaged including photos of all proof of postage and tracking data. Unfortunately each reply I am getting fobbed off. I did have one asking for my bank details a few days ago but today it has gone back to a standard reply.
It took an age to get to me in the first place and missed the occasion I had purchased it for as it was.
I would have kept them if the product was good but for the first time ever UGGs were hard and uncomfortable. Were they even legitimate UGGs? Please avoid this Company.

I queried a refund on 13th October and was assured it was all in hand
Today,5th October I am still awaiting the refund
The other objection I have to this company is that you cannot unsubscribe to their emails, as far as I can see
