North Face Descendit jacket was the last in stock so rang up to check it was still available. Spoke to Jen on the phone who was lovely, chatty and extremely helpful. She very kindly checked it was still available and held it for me while I ordered online. Ordering at lunchtime it was with me in North Wales the next morning- no small achievement.

I purchased a Arc'teryx jacket from Escape to just before Christmas, and needed it to arrive on a specific day, literally the day before I had to travel on my trip. The team, and their delivery company, went out of their way to help make sure the item would reach me on time. The delivery company had a 'no deliveries' day just after Christmas, yet they were happy to drop off the package to me regardless. So many thanks Alan, and APC team!

As it turns out the jacket was a too large for me, so I posted it back to Escape2. My return was handled immediately, and I got refunded within a few days.

Safe to say, I will be ordering from them again.

Had no trouble with these guys, I really liked the look of their range but had never encountered the store before. I decided to give them a try and I certainly don't regret it. I didn't pay a thing for shipping and my stuff arrived next day. Rare.

First class service from the team at Escape2 - couldn't have asked for me, very helpful, completely went out of their way to source a particular North Face Ladies White Ski jacket and in a medium size for me. Couldn't be happier with the coat, fits like a glove - all the usual qualities from TNF, lovely colour, love the gold hints and the fur collar, I'll look the part on the slopes this winter! Super price, couldn't find it cheaper any where else and delivered within 2 days! So all round...super service and big smiles from me! Many many thanks, highly recommended company! :)

I buy almost exclusively North American brands - The North Face and Arc'teryx mostly - I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

I always get a great deal, delivery times are excellent and on the rare occasion I need to return something, absolutely no problems whatsoever.
