Purchase a wedding ring in December 25 - It is not worn all the time by any means and has been extremally well looked after. The ring lost a diamond from the cluster in April. Returned to shop as it was still under warranty.
We have been told 3 prongs which hold the ring have been moved and residue under where the stone was found. To repair it, will be at our cost. A similar story to others looking at the reviews. This ring has been sold and is not fit for purpose. It has been well looked after and not damaged by us. The EJ have told us it our fault but proved no evidence we have damaged it rather than it not being robust enough to be a ring. Hugely disappointed and will not be purchasing or recommending to others to use EJ.

Just a easy website to use and multiple items that are cheap with good reviews

When I looked at this specific item a pop up offering me 10% off came up but when I applied the code it stated it was invalid. I feel this is false advertising and very misleading. Why add the pop up to sale items if that's the reason it's been refused. The email I received said absolutely nothing about it only being valid on full priced items.

Try to entice you to sign up with a discount code that then doesn't work. Item wasn't in the sale. Disappointing and misleading.

Appalling online customer service.
Ordered a designer watch online for my sons 18th birthday, day before it was due to be delivered, I phoned to chase up order as I hadn’t received tracking information.

Was advised then that order couldn’t be fulfilled as it was out of stock. They didnt even have the common decency to let me know. Disgraceful. Now no watch for my son’s 18th birthday.

Would have gave nil stars if I had the option. Never ever ever order here.

Was in Braehead store, Kyle was absolutely fantastic with us. An issue was rectified very promptly. Staff in this store are so friendly and helpful. Any time I want jewellery or watch will be back to this store

Awful website constant pop ups and sends you back to the screen the 10 percent code is abit of a joke you put it in and it just brings a sort of site maintenance page up refresh it and back to the same thing over and over until you give up and just order without it

Terrible delivery times. Ordered things at the same time from other online retailers also stating 2-5 business days . All arrived within the week. Fast forward next again week and DX distribution stated was due for delivery. Was in all day at specified time . Stated that delivery was attempted , not on my watch and also have a Ring doorbell. No motion or doorbell rang from DX. Terrible wouldn't order again online

I have already left a google review and wanted to leave one on here too for anyone thinking of buying from this company.

My boyfriend and I went into the Ernest jones today at Braintree Freeport. My boyfriend saw a nice watch in the window and wanted to go in and try it on. He asked the lady inside (blonde white ish hair) if he could try it on and she very sarcastically said “are you actually gonna buy it though”. Personally I find this very offensive as you judge an 18 year old boy who comes in thinking he can’t afford it. At this point I walked out because I couldn’t stand this level of customer service and just left him in there to try on this watch. For reference we came in today 09/05/2026 at around 1pm. This is disgusting customer service and pretty much judging a book by its cover. He was going to come back and buy this watch until I told him to take his business elsewhere. I await your reply. Thank you.

Although I still purchased a watch from Ernest Jones the percentage discounts that are advertised are not applicable to a lot of purchases and you only check the small print when the site states that your code is not valid. Should be more up front as to what you can purchase with the codes they promote.
