I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ERGOTECHNICS

I feel Ergotechnics Ltd grossly mislead me, over charging me thousands to draw up costly plans for home extension works that have since been confirmed to have been entirely impossible to obtain planning permission for due to being IN FUNDAMENTAL BREECH of the planning rules of my council. I feel they falsely lead me to believe there was no problem for them to submit, manage & obtain my planning permission using the costly drawings for which they were continuously charging me. I have attached written confirmation from a Herts Council planning expert confirming their drawings were impossible & entirely unrealistic to achieve permission on. As professionals in this field, I believe they had NO place charging me thousands for work they fundamentally could not get planning for when planning permission was my objective. I have since had to have ALL the work & drawings redone by knowledgable & trustworthy professionals in line with actual achievable planning permission. I was shockingly charged a substantial fraction of what Ergotechnics charged me for the same work! I believe that Ergotechnics should never have mislead me the way they did & as apparent "professionals" in this field, should not have been charging me thousands to draw up costly plans which were utterly impossible under the development rules of a council they claimed to have knowledge of. I strongly regret using Ergotechnics because not only has it been since confirmed that they grossly mislead me, they failed to have the knowledge they assured me they did & costs of redoing the work has proven they were substantially over charging me.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ERGOTECHNICS
