Was a skeptic, but got the right part fast!
I was skeptical before ordering, but ereplacementparts was the only place I could find the part I needed for an older miter saw. I had never ordered from them before, despite seeing them come up in the past when searching for other parts. It didn't seem possible that this place could have so many parts for practically everything. Boy was I wrong. Part showed up quick, wasn't overpriced and it fit. My saw is back in service!

I recently ordered a part for a freezer. My telephone customer service experience with "Julie" with eReplacementParts was one of the best I have ever encountered. Julie was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. She is a credit to the eReplacementParts brand! When there is a typical amount of dread these days in communicating with customer service departments, it is incredibly refreshing to deal with one where excellent training and attention to customer care is obvious.
