This was the third time I have tried to order this part. The first time, I was on the phone for 30 minutes while the person searched for the part. We then got disconnected, and she didn't call me back. The next time I called, the part was not in stock after I waited another 30 minutes.
This time Heather answered, found the part right away, and the sale was completed. Super quick. Great job, Heather.

Worst company ever!
Worst company I ever tried to get any parts from. Payed extra for 2-3 day service, and didn't get it so I called and was told it could take up to 5 days. Regular shipping, which was less would have been 5-7 days. Waited for over a week and still didn't get the part a the tracking number showed it hadn't even shipped yet. I ended up getting the part from another source. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

I abraded the power cord on my Makita angle grinder. Enough that the wires were showing. I have had this grinder for 40 plus years I didn't think I was going to find parts, but lo and behold I looked on Ereplacementparts.com and found a replacement cord.
I ordered it. I was told it would be here in 3-5 days, and it was. You cannot ask for more than that.
