While the order was beeping prepared, I've been contacted by the assistance, which informed of two articles that run out of stock. They promptly came up with other options to ship. Helpful, but sending back is complicated and expensive: I had to pay for the parcel and also pay €25 because it was below €200, but when I ordererd the Website said below €100.

They display clothes on the website that are no longer in stock, charge the price but delay refunds.

Great customer experience with one disturbing glitch: when selecting an article for the trolley the system automatically uploads 2 and if you do not verify the order prior to check out you pay 2 articles instead of one. Sometimes quantities available online are not correct, but the company immediately refunds if the ordered article is not available

Ordered 3 shirts on sale from this Italian retailer for the first time and I must say I am impressed. Despite the reduced price of the purchase, I received a nice package with everything properly wrapped inside a nice shopping bag so I didn’t have to carry a box home. The only improvement I would suggest would be a sizing chart online. The shirts give you this information on the label but it would be reassuring to be certain when ordering. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Saw an Ad on Instagram and felt in love. Contacted them via WhatsApp as i had some questions which were promptly answered. The vest is gorgeous, i love it. Can recommend it and will definetely order again. Great stuff ans great costumer Care. 6 Stars from me!

I bought a double breastfed suit, it was delivered ahead of time, the suit looks better in real life than in the pictures, it fits perfectly. I loved the experience. It's hard to believe i paid less than 1000 euros for it...

Hi, there were problems trying to purchase the clothing during the cyber-sale. I ended up paying full price for three of the four items as I could not order during that sale period.

Order a suit...was not in stock after I paid...
Not acceptable in 2024 when all your ERPs and website are ought to be connected.
