Not been given money for my item
I sold my item on Equipt , it’s been over 2 weeks since my item arrived with the buyer, 3 weeks since I sent the parcel. Since then I have not received my money and have had very little support from the app to give me my money. All they have done has said they would sort it out and they haven’t.

Poor search and unsuccessful purchases
In theory, a great app for equestrians. I've successfully sold one item and the process was easy and smooth. However, I've never managed to buy anything as the sellers for the three items I've tried to purchase never shipped the items or responded to my messages. After a week, the sale automatically cancels and you get a refund. I can only conclude that there is a problem with the app's notifications. Also, the search and filter functions are clunky and don't show all relevant results.
