personally one star is VERY GENEROUS

personally one star is VERY GENEROUS. i tried to reset my password SIX times and each temp they gave me was REJECTED even though i typed all of them CORRECTLY! actually when i first attempted to log in i put in my original right but it wasn't GOOD ENOUGH!!! only after the 6th complaint to their "support" did someone finally cancel my account since there was NO way to do it myself! how is anyone supposed to get assignments ?!?! if i could i would have this removed to save others from the aggravation! how RIDICULOUS- i just wanted to make a little money!!! yes , i used "bad" words because i was DONE!!! what a waste! maybe it was 7 or 8 times, now that i think about it-i was already tired and sick.
