After taking my car to two garages…

After taking my car to two garages prior to Eden Park Motoring Centre and having no luck, EPMC were my saving grace! Very kind customer service and great expertise was demonstrated. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Excellent service

Dropped my van off 8am for a full service to include 4 new tyres. Collected it 5pm and noticed the difference in driving it straight away. Everything was carried out to perfection throughout the servicing and part fixtures process which resulted in my van running nice & smooth as the day I bought it. A huge thank you to the team. I very highly recommend Eden Park Motors.

Positive experience

The team here were wonderful in my experience. I had an accident on Saturday, and had to have my car towed here without any previous dealings with them, which can always be a worry. Within 3 days (bearing in mind the accident happened over a weekend) they have fixed my car and it is roadworthy again. They were helpful with providing any relevant paperwork for my insurance and having never had an accident before, helped me understand what I should do in respect of making a claim. I cannot thank them enough! From start to finish, it was a seamless experience, they put my mind at ease after what was already a traumatic time for me, and I would definitely use them again.

Serious Official Complaint - Eden Park Motorist Centre

Gabby (this 'manager' refused' to give his surname)( in terms of Propriety, Best Practice & Transparency this is appalling)

GABBY,

As you know I brought my car in yesterday to have you carry out a simple repair to unblock the rear washer jet that was not spraying. I am now left with a VERY SERIOUS LEAK in the glove compartment RIGHT OVER THE MAIN FUSE BOX this could easily cause a car fire. This clearly was not happening before you tampered with the car yesterday.

IMPORTANT
This problem has existed for some time, and A/A Official tests will show that this staining inside the car is new, and the carpet would have been sodden and water damaged if the leak had been happening before it was given to you. This proves my case and you have caused a lot of unnecessary problems. This clearly is a new leak which has occurred after you intervention.

IMPORTANT
I have an official witness who can prove in a court of law that this serious leak was not there when I gave it you for repair, as the MOT tester and the other mechanic witnessed the problem of the jet washer and will confirm there was no leak in the glove compartment before it was given to you a hour later. Moreover, no leak was mentioned on yesterdays Advisories.

To top it all on the leaving your garage yesterday the engine management system is now illuminated, and I have never seen this before. Your garage has form on denying these instances of poor service but this time around I have reliable official witnesses to support what I say. This is completely unacceptable. My car is now in a worst condition than when I gave it you yesterday. This will be relayed on social media and the press as everything was recorded yesterday.

I am about to see my Solicitor and I will be contact local trading standards and my local MP the Rt Hon Janet Daby MP, and and the local press I will be going on to social media to relay what has happened to me.

I would like to know what you are going to do to remedy the situation and how I am going to be compensated as I have a very important ECG medical appointment tomorrow and I cannot use my car with the engine warning light illuminated!

LEGAL OBLIGATION
I am officially making time the essence - which means a deadline has been set for 17.00 hrs Today Thurs 22 July, for you to reply before next steps are taken to officially serve your CEO/Director with a writ for Misrepresentation.
