I ordered 2 x replacement batteries for De Walt drill. The batteries eventually arrived and did not fit. Contacting a company representative was challenging and they required a video. 2 points... See more

I have been contacting Eplusbatteries for over a month now trying to arrange with them for a replacement battery as the one received was faulty. I am still no further forward than the day that i first contacted them. They started by sending slow replys and now ive not had a response in over two weeks.
Confirming with them that a purchase…
Confirming with them that a purchase could be returned and refunded. They received the return and again confirmed my refund eligibility, but weeks later and despite reminding them, I still have not been refunded.
Having paid via PayPal, I have lodged an official dispute.
Purchase from this company at your own peril! 😡
Absolutely rubbish
One star is only because I had to select something, don’t touch these, complete wast of time and money, got 2x 6AH makita batteries, the first charge out of the packaging they took about 30seconds to fully charge put in a tool it lasted less than 2 minutes, they sent me 2 more 7AH this time again batteries charged in no time at all a test in my radio( very low powered) the battery lasted less than 5 hrs where as even a 3AH original Mak. Battery lasts at least 2 days maybe even more.
Then after asking for refund they tell me it is past 4 weeks and won’t give refund so I paid £55 for 4 plastic battery shaped paper weights that aren’t worth the plastic they are made from.
I bought 2 x 5 amp batteries back in…
I bought 2 x 5 amp batteries back in November, came within a couple of days which i thought was good , first day i charged them , all good , second charge only read 75% charge after 3 hours, after that they went down faster than a downhill skier to the point i use them as paperweights now , contacted E-PLUS but just got ignored , wont happen again, be wary my friends , do not buy
Do not wast your money on these !!!!!!!
Do not wast your money on these. Shoulda read this before buying 2 6ah. Lasted about 20 minutes each. Any good reviews have gotta be fake. Toatal crap
I bought x5 6ah makita clone batteries…
I bought x5 6ah makita clone batteries to run my lawn mower. Within 7 days with light use, four of the batteries failed. Approached eplubatteries for replacements which after 3weeks they supplied new ones. Within 2days in receipt of the replacements all four failed again.
Requested my money back, to date I’ve received no response at all despite constantly prompting Eplus.
On paper the price of these items they appear a good deal, in reality I may as well burnt the money I spent.
My advice would be to stay clear of this company as neither the product or customer services deserves even 1 star.
Question...are the 6Ah really 6Ah??? Hmmm
bought 2x 6Ah Eplus batteries for Makita chainsaw to use back to back with my existing 6Ah makita batteries; not happy...the new Eplus ones have a fraction of the run time of my old makita batteries. These supposedly cheap batteries actually work out mega expensive based on run time
I wish I could can put the score lower

Brought 4 batteries in July last year . Three have failed and I can’t get a reply from them
Stay clear of this site
Buyer beware
Buyer beware not a reputable company, based abroad. Order 4 batteries and double charger. Only sent charger and 2 batteries. Paid by Pay Pal Eplus prolonged the process as to escape sending the batteries or refunding me. Was even disrespectful in answering, asking what did I expect them to do, when I already had stated.(played us both).Eventually Pay Pal refunded me for 2 missing batteries. ( just keep in mind Pay Pal don't usually give partial refunds) so thank you Pay Pal for doing so and Eplus wish you all the best as your reputation will soon be known
They use Yodel in the UK ;-(
They use Yodel in the UK. This means you never get your package.
Bought 2 makita batteries
Bought 2 makita batteries, one failed so they sent me a replacement but that failed then the original remaining battery failed. 3 broken batteries in the space of 6 months with next to no use.
Had issues at the start with the first…
Had issues at the start with the first parcel. However, I sent an email telling them what happened and they sent out another package. Couldn't be any happier. They do take ages to reply back - however, they do reply back after a few working days. I would recommend anyone who goes to this website to make sure they pay via PayPal to make sure their money is safe/protected. Other than that this site is pretty good for deals and it's worth it.
No refund
No batteries sent, this company has said they would refund me as of yet no refund, this has been going on for weeks PLEASE PLEASE avoid this company DO NOT buy anything from them.
Not worth it
Not worth it, I return the eplus batteries and bought Makita. Be prepared for a potential fire as well, the eplus batteries I received failed and heat up.
Had to get the money through PayPal. The company stopped replying.
I purchased 2 18v 6ah Makita…
I purchased 2 18v 6ah Makita replacement batteries a few months ago which appear to charge to around 2/3 capacity (according to the led status lights). In reality I get nowhere near the same amount of runtime of genuine 3ah batteries. I'd imagine a genuine 3ah battery would outlast 2 6ah ones. At least they're working, which is better luck than some of their other customers.
Been using a couple of 5amp eplus…
Been using a couple of 5amp eplus batteries for over a year now without any problems
Total Rubbish
Unfortunately you cannot put zero stars on here. Worst product and customer service ever. These batteries are total rubbish and the after sales is shocking. Do not buy !!
Absolute rubbish...pure dirt
A scamming rip-off company please
A scamming rip-off company please, please please avoid, they will take your money, but do not send the products out. I have been trying to get an answer from them for days regarding a refund for batteries I have not received. The customer care is non existent, they are about as useful as a teapot made of chocolate!!!!!!!!
