Used them for getting my carte grise as I could not then yet get access to the ANTS website .They have English speaking helpdesk as some of website requirements I didn’t understand. Carte grise arrived a bit late (around 8 weeks) but this was due to French gov delays.

v good. Most problems were due to my incompetence!

Un peu long (environ 3 mois pour obtenir ma carte grise collection) mais on ne s'occupe de rien et on reçoit la carte grise à la maison.

I began the registration process with eplaque in July last year and still have no carte grise. They do not answer either of their phone numbers. They send out what seem to be totally automated email responses contantly asking for the same documents over and over again. I gave them my phone number asking them to call me but they did not. I don't know if any humans work there at all.
Update 29/01/25:
The status changed to show the document have been submitted to the state, but then I received another email saying that they had make an error in the tax cost and demanded another 250€ !! As this whole debarcle started way back in July last year, I felt I had no option but to pay.
But here is the 'kicker' - the moment my credit card payment went through I received another message - yes, the same one I had received a dozen times before - 'Le vendeur (particulier) figurant sur la cession n'est pas le propriétaire du titre italien. Merci de fournir la cession italienne entre le propriétaire du titre et votre vendeur. ( ou joindre le PRA ). Dernier rappel avant rejet.'
Clearly an automated document written exactly like the ones before.
I am going to have to sit on the phone again today - and pay their premium phone cost for the pleasure.

They mention a Carte grise process can take up to 5 weeks but they lie! It has been more than 5 weeks and I'm still waiting!
They are really slow, not recommended at all!

All worked well...reregistering a UK car post brexit.
need to do your own import duties and arrange insurance (tricky parts) and homologation (very easy with VW/audi france) but puissance fiscal dealt with by eplaque .

I am having a nightmare getting hold of anyone when i call - i wait for hrs and no body picks up

Excellent service, the website is easy to use with lots of nice options to personalise your plates. The quality of the plates is very good, i ordered the Perspex type, also came with fitting instructions. Delivery was with in 2 days again great service.

A truly bad experience. When a problem occurred they were no help. Their translation of a paper in English but issued by a Dutch company was very bad and the system did not allow for discussion. Being told a wrong submission would result in rejection and loss of the fee does not help. Go elsewhere.

Tres simple avec les documents à télécharger. Hyper fluide et rapide.

E plaque took very well care of the paperwork for a trailer, imported from Belgium and which needs a carte grise. It did take a while but that had nothing to do with them, ANTS can be quite slow when it concerns imported vehicles. E plaque does sent you a lot of emails during the process, sometimes I think a few to many. Anyway, well done E plaque and the trailer has now it's certificat d'immatriculation.

I had difficulty with applying for the provisional (WW) carte grise. After a few challenges one of their team phoned me to help and will personally take care of my application. This is unusual (my application is unusual, german import car, missing documents potentially, ...) so not to be generally required or expected, but they responded as a good service organisation should. Bravo.

Efficient, fast service

Good experience, the SAV was a bit too "aggressive and unpolite" while I was asking for some additional details about the provided documents.

It was very easy to order the license plates and after placing the order it arrived very quickly.
