Company Cannot be trusted

This company lied about processing my insurance claim appeal, then acted like they were doing me a favor when sending me a so-called discounted bill for over $400 after stating the invoice was around $900. Then when the insurance company paid the bill after me filing the appeal only paid after they knew I would file an appeal with state ..the truth was they were contracted to only have to pay approximately $175. for the services rendered..
