I had a problem with the authenticator code as I lost it due to a software update, ePay support team was proactive providing me with solution immediately. This has also happened on other occasions when I had encounter difficulties.

We've been utilizing Epay for over a decade, under both its original management and the company that acquired Epay several years ago.
Our satisfaction with Epay has always been high, but we are particularly pleased now that the original management team has reassumed control of the company.

Como argentino, estaba sacando una visa para dinamarca y realice un pago con su plataforma y no habia guardado el comprobante el que perdi y necesitaba. En 3 simples pasos cree mi cuenta, envie un mail con muy pocos datos y me facilitaron en menos de un día el comprobante.

They take setup fee from me through BTC. gateway is not working. they are not replying. if they drop any massage only exuses.

very bad service and expensive, I was told my card terminal was outdated and had to order a new one. When I deleted their subscription I had to pay the full years money for a product I did not even order.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Their account is nearly impossible to set up and the customer service doesn't help at all or seem to know what's going on
Absolutely shocking customer service tried resolving a issue being cut off 4 times but finally to be told that the gift cards I have 3x£25 can only be spent individuals in a transaction. Tried buying pair trainers for £75 for my daughter thinking can use 3 cards but no. Never will I use epay again or recommend

i took a contract out in 2015 and i had numerous issues with this guys the Company is corrupt, we agreed on £350 deposit and that will be returned to my account within 12 months on the starting contract, its been more than 3 years i have my contract terminated and i am still waiting for my deposit to be paid back to my account. i have proof of all the calls that i have called them more that 5 times and emailed them they keep saying we will process the transaction within 3 to 4 weeks.
i personally advice anyone to ( AVOID ) Epay at any cost .
I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET.
Epay is advertising with a One month solution, they are charging you for 6 months at a time

Epay is advertising with a One month solution, they are charging you up front for 6 or 12 months, which are saying is a BINDING agreement (which is not), and when you are stop using their service, they are saying that in their "general terms and condition" are specifying about it, but still is specified as a BILLING OPTION and not a binding agreement.
When asked if they will credit the amount, (they are not even thinking about it) and the customer support will SHOUT at you if you don't"understand" their general terms and conditions.
Crazy company, which will rather take your money instead of finding a solution for service you will not use, but then they will send you in INKASSO so you will pay with Force what ever you "owe" them.

I didn't have a minute of market-level client service from this company. Their billing policy serves themselves rather than the clients. Their managing process is poor and take a pride in executing self-serving fiscal policies. They started billing me before the service was activated. Full details: I started an Epay test account in July 2015. The account manager sent two forms for me to fill out then just completely disappeared. Then I received an email from Epay in November regarding my application to PBS without any follow-up details. I called Epay and the project manager was gone. In June 2016 the application process was relaunched, and EPay was supposed to fulfill NETS requirements for my retail site to be approved. Before that happened, I already received a bill from EPay because "one cannot have a test account for more than 12 months". After negotiation I received an one-month credit, during which EPay was installing 3D secure. Nobody was keeping me informed of the process so I didn't pay the check. Soon I received another bill with penalty. In conclusion, I found their process structurally flawed and won't use this company again in future.
They were all so nice and helpful, and all my questions and requests got answered within minutes.
I definitely recommend ePay to anyone interested in a high-quality solution and service!
