very nice customer service and kind communication

I have ordered with Envii twice before and it was no disappointment. With one order, there was a problem that was out of envii's hands, but envii handled it very quick and professional. They put their customers first. Definitely would order again. They are absolutely wonderful and quick in communication. And of course, the clothes are stunning. Recommend!!

Bad customer service and shipment of 1 month

What a bad experience. I purchased on 4 April and still don’t have my order… They promised a 2-3 day delivery and the getting in contact with customer service is almost impossible… I’ve sent my first e-mail about a week ago and still haven’t received a response. Please get your things together.. I really want my order. It’s a really good clothing brand but this might be the last time I purchased something on their website

Great clothes, but no response from customer service
