Absolute dreadful company DO NOT TRUST
Absolute dreadful company DO NOT TRUST!
Booked a car 2 months ago and just 2 days before I go and collect called me and said there is no cars left due to Easter holidays so they are unable to provide me with a car. Absolutely stuffed as destroyed my holidays. Thank you Enterprise for being an absolute joke.
They are a joke
They are a joke. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money to transfer a car from one lot to another. I paid $305 to have a car I was interested in buy from the Enterprise in Fredericksburg Va to their lot in Newport News Virginia. It’s less than a 2 hour drive but It’s been 2 weeks and they cannot deliver the car. I get one excuse after another and none of them make sense. I was reminded today that they have 21 days to deliver the car. I didn’t think a 2 hour drive would turn into 21 days or I would never have paid for the transfer. Now I’m wondering what is wrong with the car. Is that the reason for the delay? It was advertised as a one owner car with no accidents. Now I’m not so sure. I feel like I’ve been conned. Deal with them at your own risk. You have been warned.
Turned into an expensive nightmare
When I bought the car I was happy. The one I made arrangements to see was sold before my viewing appointment so they found a similar one at another site and brought it in. I bought it and thought decent purchase. Two months later the car was undrivable because a part of the suspension broke. The tech said something big had been hit causing the damage. I hadn’t hit anything especially something big. Enterprise refused to do anything. They said there was no way for them to know I hadn’t hit anything so they couldn’t help. I argued that I was telling them I hadn’t and if I had I would have gone to my insurance instead of to them so the were calling me a liar. He couldn’t refute calling me a liar or do anything to help me w the $3700 in repairs to drive the car. I purchased the bumper to pumper coverage only to find out that it covers failures and this wasn’t in that category. Don’t trust enterprise used cars. U don’t know if a prior driver was off roading in the car which I suspect happened w my car or used it properly. At least stay away from Waukesha WI sales office
Run do not purchase through them lie to your face blatantly
Horrible car let off lot against their own policies and pushed back repairs lying to me saying will honor the deal till after 7 days issues not fixed and tell me sorry too late to return then say bring in on monday 10 am we will see if gives off codes so i go monday yesterday at 9 to my mechanic he hooks car up few codes go off but enterprise nope no codes sorry one big code that went off as i saw myself at my mechanic was one being not correct key as with pushstart computer cars apparently the windshield that had to be calibrated a few times as they sold car with cracked one sent safelight to my home twice cause no one told them the car model and it is a special one needed for computer that runs car even after they came out twice still was throwing off sensors and headlights not working correctly so apparently windshield and original key are important factors to car running right both issues they kept saying we will handle it lies blatantly lied to my face the entire time run away do not buy from this company
Had a great time finding a car
Had a great time finding a car. Juve helped with all the details. I was on a very strict budget and worried about safety features, he explained everything with all the information I needed to purchase the car that day. Defiantly will be going back for my next car and seeing Juve.

On 12/29/2022 bought a car with the made $11000 down-payment(cashier's check),
On 01/05/2023 returned a car.The reason for Information not correct on post in the web & app. 7days or 1000mi no asked to return promotion/ Advertising restrictions. What so ever they didn't return to my down-payment money yet.(They said, the check will be refund to me within 7 to 10 days. After 10days later they said to me that the check return policy are 14 business days. But over 15 business days already. I called to them several times but they said, they will email to finance team for regarding this matter and call me back and let me know it but they didn't it even I called to them again later than Manager not in the desk. Let the manager know I called. But overnight and overnight no response call me back yet. I definitely felt they were play with me and disrespect to me. For example, They mentioned in front of me that "No free for work".when I returned car right after. Couple days later Hana(manager) called me that the return to car key if I had it but they knew it I didn't have the key car. And they refused sell any car to me at all of the Enterprise sale a car branches so You can not buy from Enterprise because I returned to the car. Sincerely, Ive been living at the hell what I felt and feeling now. What should I do? I am really frustrated and scared it because they knew my home address and work address and much more information like a mostly in my personal information. This is pic of cakes that I wrote it. I should stop to tell about them because they are devils what I guess so I am very scared and watching out my back every an hours. Thank you for the Enterprise sales team members Especifically, Hana whom the Manager at the branch. I knew you are the controller all this matter!

Returned first car and second car needs to go
In may I gave Enterprise car sales a 5 star review. 2 days later the first car they sold me was leaking in my driveway. Told them I didn't want that car and they took it back. And I gave them a 5 star review again because I felt it wasn't their fault and they seemed to be compassionate about the situation. They then sold me a 2018 dodge journey which I love but.... On November 9 the transmission went and again I said thank God I have the power train warranty.sooothe car was towed to the local dodge dealer and Enterprise corporate supplied a rental. On December 9thdodge called transmission done pulled out of dodge engine light came on went back they shut it off.on the 10 engine light back on was told to bring car back on December 11. On the way to work December 11 the new transmission went. Back to dodge. on December 20th dodge called transmission fixed car ready. Then on January 7th transmission is leaking in my driveway.entetprise seems to be done with me since dodge installed the first of 2 transmissions. So back to dodge I go tomorrow. I think the car I love so much may be a lemon. More to come.
Stop playing wizard
Brand new to their system of sales. I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and it took 6-7 hours to complete my sale. The finance person didn't take the time to meet with me and non of the sales people didn't know most of the paperwork. IN the end the "head guy" called and listened and decided my experience was not good yet he decided his people only needed training. ....btw my paperwork didn't make it to bank who was financing for right at a month. watch your back side
DFW brandh-This is the third car I have bought…
This is the third car I have bought from Enterprise Car Sales and they keep me coming back. Corey Hall & Matt Michalski at the DFW location were phenomenal to work with on this transaction. They were friendly, professional and expediently took care of the entire process (calling about the car to delivery of the car over an hour away) in less than 3 hours! Hands down, stellar customer service and experience …. Keep it up guys and thank you!
Our car buying experience was fantastic!
Kari Michaels and Hannah were phenomenal in their treatment of my family. They made the car buying experience a breeze. There was no pressure to buy more warranties than we needed nor any pressure about anything. They were so professional and friendly, it made me wish every car sales person would follow their great example. They treated my 16yo young driver with respect and curtesy, and my 22yo son, who happens to be a car mechanic, with the utmost respect. There were no games of intimidation nor boasting. Our time with them was a pleasure!
Under False Pretenses
My son and his girlfriend went to Enterprise simply to discuss what their options were regarding possible trade ins. Before going, coincidentally, Michelle, a rep there, called me to check on how we were doing with the car we bought a year ago. I told her about my son and his girlfriend and their inquiry and set things in motion. My son and his girlfriend are young (20 year olds) and not savvy when it comes to buying cars but they were only supposed to have a discussion. Well, it turns out they were tricked into providing their SS#s under the pretense of it not being a hard credit check. Not only did the rep send their SS info to many banks (for which they received many responses, thereby reducing their scores) but she constantly called and texted, pressuring them both on purchasing vehicles, for at least 3 weeks.
They saw two young and impressionable kids and tried to take advantage. Despicable!
Go ahead and buy the car. Don’t buy the warranty.
I’m writing this review in hopes to deter people from, not buying a car from them, but to deter them from buying their warranty. Things happen to used cars. Totally get it. My water pump went out. I called my office I bought it from, they helped fantastically. (Thank you Nolan and Roy from Omaha NE) I called the warranty people as instructed. They faught me tooth and nail on everything. They said that the labor cost was too high so they were only paying half. Then they said the water pump part is covered but not the tool kit needed to fix it because it contains “liquids”. Aka lubrication and conditioner for the new pump. They said they don’t show I have a waiver deductible for the first 12mo / 12k miles so I had to send them a copy of the agreement with that showing. Then at the end they asked if I needed a rental. I told them that would be great seeings that the shop is taking it on Friday and not giving it back til approx Monday. They told me that’s not on them and they only cover 24hrs unless the delay is for parts. Then they’ll only cover an additional 2 anyway. I asked him to just book it for Monday which is the day I would need it most anyway. He said okay and told me there are no cars avail in my area. I said okay? So no rental then. He said I could go somewhere else and they could send me a check for 50 bucks after I send them a receipt. I was like??? 50 bucks? You clearly have never rented a vehicle before. So the fees and all the taxes etc are on me for the fix of the car and the rental. I decided not to go with a rental at all and at the end of the day on a 800 fix they’re paying a little over half. I’m super annoyed bc when it is sold to you you’re “buttered” up into believing you’ll pay nothing at all for the fix unless it’s maintenance related and you’ll have a rental for free with enterprise til the cars done being worked on. Nope. Not at flippin all. I called my car sales branch in Omaha to let them know and told them how big of a load of crap they sold me on the warranty. He was very apologetic which is appreciated but I’m unsure how much I can believe that they didn’t know this was happening. Hope no one else buys their warranty. Love the people at enterprise. Love their cars. Love their deals. But man. That warranty is NOT WORTH IT. Oh. And they give you 7 day buy back guarantee? Do yourself a favor and take the car in to be looked over very well. Just in case. If I did. I probably wouldn’t be dealing with this now.
I went to enterprise car sales in…
I went to enterprise car sales in Farmington I wanted to buy a car but most of the cars was more than I wanted to pay for. So I ask the young lady that came out to talk to me. I check out some cars So I ask her when do you get cars that are in my price range. So she gave me her card and told me to call her on Monday. I call her but never got a response back from her. So I went up there to talk to her about buying a car.
she act like she didn't want to talk me because I was not buying a more expensive car. I used enterprise sales before.I never got treated this way. This sale person didn't care about her customer. If you looking to buy a car from enterprise sale don't go to her.
NEVER USE ENTERPRISE
How many times do you have to run somebody's credit to rent a simple economy car? My credit was run six+ times AND is considered a hard hit on my credit. Enterprise denies they ever did this even though I ran a credit report and showed them. I was told not my problem. There are plenty of rental car companies DONT USE Enterprise!

Every time I went in I was treated well by all of the Employees there!!! NEVER AGAIN
This is an email that I tried to send to Enterprise in Mount Kisco NY but everyone I have contacted refuses to provide an email address. I was able to send an edited version online to a "clearing house", which indicates that it will be forwarded "down" to the "regional management team".
My credit card declined this morning for my reservation. I failed to check before I arrived, as I am in the process of moving and had just dropped my car off at the auto repair.
Shannon and Kelly at Mount Kisco NY were nice and apologetic. However, Shannon failed to tell me I could not use the same card again. I had paid the card down while I was waiting. She informed me that the "system" would not accept a card that had declined previously. She should have known or told me.
I had asked to use two different credit cards and told it would not be acceptable. I was asked for a utility bill but my rent includes my utilities. I had already provided my insurance card. This is a terribly unnecessary burden on an established customer. It was arranged to have Gary to give me a ride home, which was greatly appreciated.
I have been an Enterprise customer for a number of years, except for the last two. As a rideshare driver, I have heard many horror stories from people who had reservations with Enterprise and were left with no car at the airport, sometimes late at night. It was prevalent over the last few years but I gave your company the benefit of the doubt "due to Covid". After a few unpleasant attempts to rent a car with you guys myself before today, I believe that the scenarios presented to me were all true. Today, there was a greater effort to push me away as a customer than to keep me.
My $89 wouldn't make or break you obviously. You made an honest, hardworking customer's day much so much more difficult. Trying to move, pay for my auto repair, missing work (I use my car for business), and then being stranded 15 miles from home because of your stringent policies is terrible customer service and downright mean.
I have been renting from another company in CT since I have lived here, and I am happy to drive an hour to that facility because of the ease of renting a car and the respect they show me as a working man. I chose Enterprise today because you are a few blocks from the auto repair. All of my apprehensions about the quality of Enterprise's services and product have proved to be well founded.
There is nothing to draw me to another risky rental reservation with Enterprise, ever again. Even my being responsible for ensuring that my credit card accounts are paid and up to date will not allay my disappointment with your company. I came back to you today after a long absence. You had a chance to retain me. Instead, I was rejected by the over reaching qualification of "...a couple of utility bills"?
I called the location today to get an email address for a manager and was refused by Kelly. She gave me an 800 number. Why the secrecy? I was being considerate of the manager’s time by trying to send this communication before a phone call. Kelly at first refused to even give me his name, instead she kept “talking over me.” Inexcusable. She finally told me the manager’s name is Connor.
Please use this as a training "tale" and do what you can to address these kinds of needs and difficult experiences with your customers. Enterprise should be very concerned. People rent cars because THEY NEED ONE! Most rentals are presumably for emergency, travel, scheduling, etc. Not being able to obtain a set of wheels, whether for business or pleasure is nightmarish on top of the already stressful situation that brings one to buy your service. Having, and fulfilling, a guarantee of a simpler process to renting should be the renewed mission of Enterprise AND, certainly the least difficult part of someone's day, such as mine has been. The stonewalling by Kelly the assistant manager is baffling.
We had a wonderful experience
We had a wonderful experience! Morgan helped us buy our first car (: She explained everything so well and didn't try to pressure us on any particular car. She helped us with our price range and felt like our friend not a pushy car sales. You can trust Enterprise, they are not like other places ❤ My parents have bought from them 3 separate times and have always been happy! They continue to have repeat customers.
Make sure you have everything included in the sale in your possession before settlement
In July 2019, I purchased a 2018 Suburban from Enterprise Sales in Allentown ,PA. I am very happy with the deal and the car. But after the closing, they only gave me 1 key and fob. This was ironic because I rented several cars over the years from Enterprise and both sets of keys and fobs are always cabled together. The last communication I had with the salesperson was that they were coming from another state. (the car was from Florida, which I valued). I was able to get a spare aftermarket key for $90,but the fob, with remote start, would have to come from a dealer for $500. In Jan. 2021, I called a corporate number, but you don't get to a higher level. A gentleman from a Wilkes Barre, PA office told me that an Allisa, from the Allentown dealership, was off that week and would contact me when she returns. She never did. The instrumentation was overwhelming, so I didn't notice the service safety system warning until the next day. It turned out to be a haptic seat vibrator (got one from Amazon for $40 and installed in a half hour.) Too bad I had to pay a Chevy dealer $150 to find out what the issue was. So much for their multipoint inspection. Buyers beware.
