Oud That Speaks to Those Who Truly Know It
It is not easy to impress someone who has spent many years collecting and experiencing some of the finest oud oils and woods. The Cambodian Oud Oil and Ariani Oud wood from Ansar Oud genuinely exceeded my expectations in quality, depth, and authenticity — particularly the Cambodian oud oil, which made me feel, even if only momentarily, as though I had never truly known Cambodian oud before. This comes from someone raised in a region where oud, in all its forms, is deeply valued, widely used, and culturally understood.

I ordered recently from a semi bespoke order sample in which Ensar did 5/5 stars then.
Zestina oud oil is so dark! I freaking love it. It is extremely wood resinous smelling. Having a much more substantial amount than the sample, I can pick up a lot more of the resinous oud nuance. It’s marketed as Fruitopia. I agree with this term, but add deep resinous wood. At the very end of the aroma when you put your nose in, this Fruitopia is slightly fermented smelling but it never leans foul. To me it is a base in oud from this region and now starting to realize these notes have similar qualities to other recent Cambodian ouds used by Ensar.
I’ll buy again. Oo also on the opposite end of the world and got to me within a week. Cheers to your team. Thank you :)
