On return of my computer after repair, I found that my SpyHunter package was missing from it.
On contacting EnigmaSoft, I received an immediate response giving me detailed instructions how to recover the system, which worked perfectly.
I am very pleased to acknowledge the timely and excellent service I received from EnigmaSoft.
I have been a customer for a number of years and can testify that this is a customer focussed company, which endeavours and achieves customer satisfaction.

Love Spyhunter 5. Found and fixed a malware problem that Norton 360 missed. Excellent support staff helped me with installation on a new device (I'm not a techie). For me, its well worth the subscription price to protect my system and data.

I have tried other protection programs, even one that Best Buy recommends and for someone who is not real tech smart, EnigmaSoft SpyHunter finds ALL the things harmful and removes them easily, many that other programs miss. It also can be set up to automatically scan as often as desired. It's a great program and so easy to use. Enigma has great support too.

Installed and after two days all malwares and trackers removed, its good you don’t have to buy a full version cause if you install the free version you can scan your computer after 48 hours and everything would be removed. You can scan every 48 hours and remove free. With the payed version directly but yeah.

I have experienced a problem with my laptop, at startup a window would pop up with an error message. After searching online I realized this is some kind of malware. I ran a scan with SpyHunter but they did not detect the malware. Next, I contacted support and they were extremely patient and helpful. They guided me on how to get rid of the issue quickly and easily.

Spyhunter 5 software was running unusally long, upwards of 8 hours. I called technical support and was connected to Kevin. I discussed with him the issue I was having with Spyhunter 5. He asked to be connected remotely to see what was happening on my laptop. He spent about 15 minutes looking at the issue and fixing items in google chrome which seem to be causing the long runtimes.
After the remedies he applied, I am back with a normal runtime for spyhunter 5.

Very happy with Kevin technical support for this product. Very professional as we walked thru getting this issue resolved.

The reason I give 5 stars is because the technician was consistent, incredibly patient and committed to helping me until we found a resolution. As it turns out, the problem I was having (lost all my icons on my task bar and wondered if it was caused by a virus of some kind), resolved itself in a random fashion, and we never really understood why it happened, but were very happy to have a resolution nonetheless. Great technician, wonderful patience and persistence.

I experienced a problem with the removal of spyware discovered by a Spy Hunter scan, Upon scanning, removing and rebooting, the same scan, remove, ad reboot would again pop-up repeatedly. I had the good fortune to call Customer Service and speak with the best tech support person I have ever dealt with. I specifically asked him to generate customer satisfaction survey. His bosses need to know what a treasure he is. He understood my disjointed and confusing statement of the problem and solved the problem immediately.

Excellent. answer all questions complete. Grade 1 to 5, I give 10.

Because I was foolish, I downloaded a free program that (of course) was rubbish AND was infected with a Trojan. Spyhunter removed most of it, but one file was being especially stubborn. I called the number on the website and was so pleased to be connected to a REAL HUMAN in Tech Support who was able to help me get the last items manually deleted. Tech Support was clear with the instructions and very encouraging that the issue could resolved. I appreciate a program that works AND a company the provides knowledgeable tech talent who can walk a customer through a more complicated computer situation. Thank you!

I am of the generation that did not grow up with computers. Because I don't have that knowledge base, it can be pretty upsetting when things go wrong with my laptop. Getting SpyHunter is one of the smartest things I have ever done. Unlike virtually every other company (from the phone company to computer manufacturers to retailers) with which I have dealt, folks at SpyHunter actually answer the phone! The Tech Support Staff are extremely knowledgeable, always courteous and patient and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to help me solve problems. It's a joy - and a rare commodity in this day and age - when people really know what they are doing and are committed to excellent customer service.

Damien B., your Technical Support Specialist, helped me clear my computer of malignant malware which I could not dislodge. This was not easy and it took several sessions as the culprit SEGURAZO (etc.) was embedded into the Windows 10 quite expertly and deeply. Damien was very persistent, demonstrated exceptional understanding of the environment and the ways malware behaved and finally succeed at removing it. We had a couple of sessions during which he very politely led me (and explained) his steps while exerting a strong sense of confidence and assurance. I looked up to Damien as a true professional, knowledgeable, confident and tenacious. THANK YOU, DAMIEN.

FYI: The culprit SEGURAZO could be of Chinese Origin based on my cursory grammatical analysis of its English comments, typical for the 'analytic' language (Mandarin) speakers; mind that I am a bit of linguist.

Have a new computer and it was running in S mode. Called spyhunter to make sure I have it installed correctly to protect my new investment. Person that picked up said name was Kevin and he was wonderful. Patient and had a solution to my problem. Installation was completed and computer scanned. Same service always received from this company. Reason why I keep my subscription going!!!

Kevin helped me soooo much. My computer was not turning on and I could not do anything on it. But Kevin helped me with the RegHunter software so that the computer was able to boot up normally. So thankful to him for his patience because this 72 year old needed his help. Super!
