I strongly advise against using Engage-boost. My experience shows they are connected to unlicensed casinos and misleading transactions. They may appear legitimate, but their practices are not safe, and I do not trust them at all. Be very cautious and avoid sharing your payment information.

Been with them for a few years now and they consistently delivered a couple of thousand genuine followers per year. Yes, they do log in from Belgrade, that is where they are based, so some people think that is "hacking" when in fact it is just them doing their job.
You do need patience to see the growth, but for my business (bassjapandirect.com) targeting is really important and Alex and team have been working on the regular (plenty of logins from them in Serbia, every other day usually) and I see a couple of thousand followers added yearly and I get sale conversion from this, so it is worth while. I believe the followers they attained for me are 100% genuine accounts as I have engagement on my posts from them and all followers I checked seem to be legit.
There have been some issues with the user interface app hence the 4 star rating, but that has been rectified and performance has been satisfactory over the last few years. One thing I am aware of is that quitting the service may be purposely made difficult, but for anyone wishing to try the service just make sure you change your instagram login when you quit. Me personally, I will stick with them while I have the advertising budget, they do a decent job in my estimation.

I tried the trial & then subscription. I’m pretty happy with the steady organic growth so far. They helped give me targeting tips fairly quickly after I reached out via live chat. I think in the ever changing landscape of algorithms, they really help with steady, intentional growth. I’ve had an increase of collaboration emails in the 2 years I’ve used this service. It’s helped with engagement as well. I plan on keeping this service while I push myself to keep creating content.

I've found Engagement boost to be impressive with gaining followers. From a few thousand my account has reached 20k in 2 years. I'm pretty happy with that result. These are genuine followers who ask me questions and engage with me and my work. I'm not gonna lie - there have been a few hiccups along the way but the team has worked hard to provide me with support and issues have been resolved. I think in retrospect this was a lot to do with Insta's changing algorithms etc. And I think they went through a change over of ownership. All in all I'm a satisfied customer and intent to keep using them

I’m using engamentboost for a year approximately and I’m happy with their service . Getting engaged with real followers is a real job and I’m glad to see my followers growing. There’s no regular base but overall I gained 4k followers and I’m happy with that. There might be better services out here since I keep on being targeted for AI not Instagram growth.
Said that I realise it is not for everyone. It is a professional service for professionals I guess. The customer service is answering whenever I had an issue.

I would give them a -5 if I could. I canclled over 8 months ago and just didnt pay attention to my credit card. Kept charging me and will not refund anything. I even logged back in and see they stopped boosting at the time I cancelled but have no problem charging me with my account not active since then.

Total scam. I never connected my account and they won’t refund and further said if I dispute it they will say it’s a fraudulent dispute. What terrible people!

It is always a gamble looking for resources to help grow your following - especially for a business. I was absolutely skeptical. I wasn't spammed with any emails for services. I actually found them through Google search. I had used a couple other services in the past and I was highly disappointed always getting fake followers and not related to my community at all.

I've been using EB a little over a year and it has actually worked for me so far. I've gained at least 3k followers. Not what is advertised so that is part of my 4 star rating. But it also gives me incentive to be more active on my account because I feel that draws more people in as well.

I noticed it does give real followers and followers that are related to my business/community. I've actually gotten more clients as well. I feel like the IG Post Boost options is not as good in comparison always the one giving me followers that I do not want. Occasionally, the auto follow/unfollow are to accounts that I don't want but you can turn this feature off and change options.

I actually was going to cancel at one point. Not because it wasn't working but because I had some financial changes and couldn't afford $99 a month until I got back on track. They offered a lower discount and I was able to pay it weekly instead of one lump sum.

I do have concerns about the Serbia location and I also don't want people thinking my account is fake either, so I will continue to do my due diligence. But I have not run into any major issues thus far.

After more than a year of service, I decided that the return on investment was not as expected and decided to drop the service. Unfortunately, that is easier said than done.

It appears you can sign up for the service easier than canceling. You must send an email request to their service desk which is either non-existent or most definitely non-responsive. I've also tried contacting my account manager to include scheduling a call which leads to a 404 error message.

I then tried to call the phone number which is listed on my credit card statement and all I get is an answering machine for "Reliance" asking to leave my name and number and they will call back soonest. Obviously their idea of soonest and mine are two different things.

I've been trying since July 2 and all that has gotten me is another months fee charged. I will now work with my credit card company to discuss options.

Got additional followers on a business account so cant complain with the service. However I am leaving a 2 star review due to the difficulty of cancelling the subscription, with it being the 21st century it should be a lot more straightforward to cancel. The only way to cancel is to email them, and they just don't respond.

tried a 7-day test and quit after a few days of trying. Can only be done by sending an email, which then gets no response and so your subscription is automatically renewed. Also, you cannot schedule an appointment as you are redirected to a 404 page. After more than 10 mails no reply... so corrupt site

This is a warning to all! Engagement boost is a fraud!

Unfortunately after more than a year of Subscription I have received only very few results exactly 1.3k followers.
The support and all the team was very kind and some months we got it for free. Only for this 2 stars.
Unfortunately what is promised is not kept.
To grow you need to have an asocial account manager who knows what to do and how to move.
Sorry to give this review but it is the total truth with documentation to prove it.
Last update after they took a lot of money they suspended the account and don't respond to emails.
Their accesses are blocked by Instagram and there is a risk that your account will be banned.

Minutes after signing up u got a message on my phone saying someone from Belgrave was trying to get into my account
Red flags went up
I decided to Google company and all type of Scam indicators arose
I then reached out to the company to cancel my FREE TRIAL and no one responded back
To my suspicion their is no CANCELATION BUTTON or anyway to cancel....
I will have to inform Pay Pal to boycott any withdrawal by this company as it is a major scam.
