Wanted to cancel the order
Wanted to cancel the order, so tried to contact ASAP, with no luck. I understand business is fast paced. However, I contacted a Friday night, which leaves at least 3 days to check correspondence and could have flagged my issue

The order was indeed placed on Friday and we shipped on Monday. The problem is, we did not receive any request for cancellation. I just now checked spam and there it was.So yes, we would have canceled the order if we would've known to cancel it. Especially since, on this item after postage, we make a grand total of about two quid. We just like to provide small items for our customers.
So this comes down to a technical error. I don't feel good about it, but that's not the customer service that we provide.
