Very poor customer service in my experience
I saw a product I wanted to purchase on the website, but there was some kind of problem with the payment page and linking with PayPal. I messaged the business via their Facebook page and initially I had a response saying she (Martina) would look into it the next day and be back in touch. A few days passed and I hadn’t heard anything back, and I really wanted this item as a Christmas present for someone, so I messaged again on Facebook asking if she’d had chance to look into the problem. I received no response at all, yet it was showing that my message had been read.
