Definitely do not use them. You can order a thoughtful gift and leave you completely embarrassed that your recipient is hit with a customs bill because the SELLER has indicated that the recipient will pay. Ridiculous. When the purchase is marked as a gift the purchaser should be billed.
This company is a scam.. money was taken from me and I never received my product.. I have emailed them so many times and filed a claim with UPS to help locate my items and documentation was srnt to them from UPS.. it was never found after it was last scanned in Michigan.. This company will not respond to my emails at all .. Im telling everyone don't order from them..
These guys are great--I use Endless and Zappos for all my shoe shopping now. I think Endless has better prices, but Zappos has a bigger selection. Service is great, I've never had any trouble with returns.
