⭐ 1 star, very disappointing customer service and terms
I had a very frustrating experience with NDLSS.
Before even placing my first order, I contacted support to ask a simple and reasonable question about sizing. I explained that I was exactly between M and L and asked whether an exchange or free return for the first order would be possible if the size did not fit. I never received any reply.
Despite this, I decided to order anyway. When the jacket arrived, it had clear issues. The zipper does not properly close at the bottom, and a seam on the sleeve is open. Instead of taking this seriously, support dismissed both issues and told me to return the item at my own cost.
This is not a voluntary return, it is a defective product. Expecting customers to pay return shipping in such a case is unacceptable.
On top of that, their shipping costs are extremely high. Charging around 10 EUR shipping for orders under 200 EUR, even for something as small as a shirt, is excessive. I know from experience that these rates are far above actual shipping costs.
Bad communication, no replies to previous inquiries, no accountability for product quality, and very unfriendly terms of business. Overall a very poor customer experience. I will not order again and cannot recommend this brand.
