OK, I love their soap and have been using it for awhile. I placed a new order on 7/22 because they were offering "free shipping". Otherwise you can get it on Amazon Prime for the same price with free shipping (in 1-2 days).
Well, because it was "free" they shipped it via UPS Innovations" with a USPS tracking, which means UPS drives it to the area and then hands it off to USPS to deliver. It is now 8/9 and the package has been in limbo since 7/28 with no movement AND Emuaid CS tells me I have to wait until 8/17 before they will do anything.
I am now out of the soap and can't afford to purchase thru Amazon now. I am so furious that I would never buy the stuff again. I will find another substitute.
Buyer beware ~ don't fall for their "Free" ship, purchase thru Amazon prime if you must have it. Also, expect the same shipping service if anyone else you order from uses that UPS/USPS service to ship.

NO ONE else has a problem shipping because of "COVID 19", that is BS!!! I order items all the time and I ship items all the time myself!!! NO PROBLEMS if you don't use the UPS Innovations shipping!! It's the cheap way of shipping. They pass it on to the USPS to deliver it and then it sits until they feel like delivering it.

Bought a 2oz tub of Emuaid Max to try to cure a fungal toenail infection. Been using it for 6 weeks so far and absolutely no change in condition unfortunately. I've also been using it on a patch of Eczema, on my psiorasis and also for athlete's foot. No change in conditions at all. Tried contacting Emuaid customer support for advice with no response. Very disappointed and feel like I've been conned, especially given the cost of this product. Can't recommend at all.

I was hesitant because of the bad reviews, but after a 2 year fungal toenail battle I was willing to try anything. I'm only on my second week now and honestly wish I found this earlier. My fungal nail has stopped spreading as new nail grows, so I can see the pink of my new healthy nail coming through. I only got the little 14ml jar as it's expensive, but I think it will last this whole treatment. I really have to say if you've got a fungal nail, it's worth a try and I'm so glad I did. I can't believe this isn't in every chemist. Even my doctor is amazed! I guess it doesn't seem to work for everyone but it's a life saver for me.

I paid £36 which included postage costs for a tiny pot of this stuff to be then ripped off because I had to pay another £12.07 for extra duty!
Many messages to them but without any help or response, don't waist your money, such a rip off!

I love Emuaid but for some reason I can no longer buy it at Amazon UK. I am nearly run out and although expensive nothing else helps my skin condition so will need to find another source

It shows the company has flagged all these 1 Star posts. I don’t trust a company that does that. I’ll keep looking.

False advertising!! This product does not deliver on the promises plastered all over their website, social media & product inserts. I used exactly as directed for a month & saw absolutely no change in my toenail fungus. I’ve since seen a Podiatrist who advised topical ointments such as these have very little impact as they cannot penetrate the nail bed underneath, where the fungus lives. Emuaid advertises as if it can do this. It cannot. Save your money.

I have been using this for five days. I had a healthy edge of my right big toenail already and now the healthy area is getting larger already. Hopefully, this will keep going for a totally healthy nail.

I have toe nail fungus.. Been using emauid MAX for over a week. No results.. I am not impress with ur product.. Will not recommend it to anyone... I should have known not to buy ur product.. Not very happy.....

I bought emuaid max for genital warts based on their website saying it treats them and reduces their appearance. After a month of treatment there is no change. It is a total waste of money

I have suffered with toenail fungus for thirty years. I have tried every product on the market to rid myself of this painful problem. The doctors are clueless and unsympathetic. I found Emuaid on the internet. I was scketical at first but the reviews were strong and I was desperate. I have been using this product for a week and the fungus has abeited. My toe is extremely sensitive but looks better than it has in many months. I wish I could say this product has eradicated the fungus but haven't used it long enough, but there is immediate relief.

I have has Nodular Prurigo for some time and have tried a lot of prescribed ointments by my dermatologist and GP and nothing has worked until now... I tried EmuaidMax and it also did nothing... however, I tried an anti-fungal cream 7 days ago that can be bought over the chemist counter and it actually IS working on my skin without a doubt.. it is an anti-fungal cream that contains Clotrimazole 10mg/g in a 50gram tube and I have been applying / rubbing it in 3 times a day ( sells in Qld. Australia for about $10 per tube ) . as this is a terrible, apparently non-catching disease, but I'm doubtful about that as my wife, who has been using all separate soap, towels ( even separate bed ) now has some of these things popping up.. may not work for everyone but certainly worth a try and apparently can be used (externally) whilst taking other medications'; check first with your Chemist or GP... I really hope this helps someone as it has me... good luck with this awful disease.

Snake oil...does not work at all for nail fungus...even after two months of application 4 times a day.

If I could rate it lower than 1 star - as 0 star - I would. I specifically ordered the EmuAidMAX, and was willing to pay extra, for MAXIMUM strength for a moderate nail fungus on a couple of my toe nails I must have picked up at a fitness center/pool. The company advertises it as killing bacteria/nail fungus on contact. I received the product and used it diligently. No improvement "on contact". After not noticing any improvement, I contacted them. The person who answered at customer service told me to keep using it, that t takes time, and to coat the whole nail... I listened to her. The person failed to tell me, that that voids the "30 day" refund... I used it all up. If anything, the fungus became worse, not better! I called them again. They denied that I called them. Then stated it is beyond the 30 days, so there is no refund due. Do yourself a favor. Save your money and time. The product is ineffective, and customer is service equally bad! I consider it false advertising. A sham.

I must admit I was not wanting to the spend the money on this product since everything else I had tried did not work. So glad I went ahead and ordered EmuaidMax. I have had toenail fungus for years and NOTHING has worked. $15 here $15 there just hoping I could heal this up. I received EmuaidMax in the mail 3 days ago and WOW what a difference this product has made! My toenail is pink again, not crusty white. I will continue to use this product and hope you will give it a try also!

Boils, Acne, Hemorrhoids, Any skin irritation + Emuaid MAX = Prayers answered from God above!!! Nothing else has even come close to eradicating these painful and debilitating conditions. I'm shocked that this stuff isn't a household name yet. I would be willing to sell this for a living as I can fully back this product as a beneficiary of its healing abilities.

The product is great! 5 stars for the product.The person who answers the phone there should not! She is rude and very unprofessional. I've had nothing but problems trying to get the next jar in time before the one I have runs out. I'm on a fixed income and can only afford the small jar which I think is extremely over priced to begin with. I live in a rural area and have a p.o. box. The post office doesn't deliver on my road. Emuaid has a hard time delivering to p.o. boxes. I can't think of any good reason why, but that's what screws me up every time. As soon a I get a jar I order another the next day. Still haven't gotten the last jar ordered over two weeks ago. They can't tell me anything about it and were suppose to give me a new tracking number. That was Monday. Today is Friday. I wouldn't recomend buying direct from the company. I will, in the future,spend the few extra dollars to get it from some other source. Shame on them for allowing such a nasty person to deal with their customers unless they're all like that there. I've spent over $1000 all ready and get treated like garbage.

This is the best all around product I have found. It worked for me for fungal nails, acne, warts, and burns. It is nothing short of a skin condition miracle.
