I made an order one Month ago and never received my parcel. I sent fews emails ,contact the company on Instagram but never had an answer. This is really sad that people take money from us.
There is no point to run a business if at the end you are not able to deliver a proper good service. I can't be refund as i didn't pay throught PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE ON THIS WEBSITE.

I placed an order on 3rd February 2021. The funds were taken from my account and I recieved an email to say the products would be delivered within 5-7 days. Almost 7 weeks later I have not recieved my order. I tried to contact them via email on the address stated on the website, but no response. I sent a message via Instagram, I had a response to say they haven't recieved any of my emails but that I should recieve an email shortly with detailsof when my order will be shipped.....I'm still waiting. What's so disappointing is that I've ordered from this company before and had a good experience and I didn't want to write a bad review, but after almost 7 weeks of chasing after my order I'm not really sure what else to do. Communication is key in customer service. If I had just been given an honest timescale of when my order would arrive, and kept in the loop I wouldnt of felt so aggrieved, but instead I'm none the wiser of when or if my order will arrive.

I purchased £150 worth of goods almost a month ago and haven't yet received my order. I've sent a few emails and have tried to contact them on several occasions but I haven't had any correspondence. I appreciate we are living unprecedented times, but communication is key; a simple email giving an update would have gone a long way.
Luckily I made my purchase using PayPal so have now requested a full refund... won't be shopping with them again!

Our current shipping delays is due to one of our best sellers, passing through customs and being held due to the current pandemic. We did send a newsletter out to update all of our customers, this is something we would urge customers to sign up for if they have outstanding orders with us especially as if situations like this occur, we can update everyone accordingly. If you would have preferred a refund than to wait until our shipment arrives we would have been happy to assist as few customers have said they would prefer a refund for now and to order again once in stock, nevertheless We will respond to your PayPal refund request as soon as it comes through. We hope in the future you will give us a chance to turn your experience around and thank you for your continued support this far as we are a small business aiming to grow and improve each year.
