John Grose exceptional dealership


I travel from the midlands to this dealership and have just purchased my 7th vehicle from them. A very professional and efficient dealership to purchase from. The staff go above and beyond. On this occasion James Honeywood was my sales advisor and he made sure the purchase and handover went seamlessly. Can not thank him enough and look forward to my next purchase from John Grose.

I have used John Grose on other…

I have used John Grose on other occasions when buying my Ford cars and always had good service.
I found Terry very helpful and knowledgeable in making it easy to get through from buying to picking up my car.

Great buying experience.

I’ve had a lot of cars through the privilege scheme & my last 3 cars have been from John Grose on Ipswich. Each time I’ve ordered my new car the process has been really easy & the service I had from Jack Keeling for my latest car was excellent as usual, the communication between Jack & myself was great & he made the process so easy & a pleasure. The pick up process on the day I got my new car was effortless & I was on the road within 45 minutes. I’ve found John Grose to be much better value than other Ford dealers & would have no hesitation to use them again.

An excellent company

I found John Grose are an excellent Company to deal with re: purchase of a new car. I have used them for the last 3 cars; two Fiestas and one Puma. I liaised with Terry Harvey, a Sales representative. Terry offered me a very good deal, which a Local Company (Uxbridge)could not match. I am very pleased with my new Ford Puma.

Had a really helpful salesman

Had a really helpful salesman, Matt. Pushed things along and kept in contact and followed up afterwards. Delivery driver really helpful and went through everything on handover. Excellent all round.

Ford Puma ST-Line X Automatic Purchased 4th March 2026
This is the 7th car that I have purchased from John Grose in Ipswich since March 2017.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank your Sales Executive James Honeywood for all the help and support that he provided in the purchasing of my new Ford Puma ST-Line X Automatic, it was the first time that I have purchased a car with Automatic transmission, James took me on a test drive, which I very much appreciated, he was most helpful in explaining everything to me and giving me some very good advice, nothing was too much trouble for him, he was most helpful and professional at all times, he is certainly a credit to John Grose dealership, this is also the 6th car out of the seven that I mentioned above that I have purchased from James and I can say that it is always a pleasure to do new business with him.
